As our company began seriously discussing switching to a new collaboration tool, we compared various solutions and eventually decided to adopt this one. After using it, I found it to be more satisfying than I expected. 1. It’s really easy to use Creating an account and setting up a workspace with team members took less than 10 minutes. The UI is clean and straightforward, and the mobile app is well-designed, making it easy to check tasks from anywhere. Even colleagues who aren't tech-savvy or familiar with digital tools quickly got the hang of it, which showed me how low the entry barrier is. 2. You can see the workflow at a glance What I liked most was the ability to register tasks by project and get an overview of the progress at a glance. It even offers a Gantt chart, which makes scheduling and resource allocation much easier. Thanks to the thorough notification system, delayed tasks have significantly decreased. 3. Messaging + Docs + Approval all in one With Flow, you can handle chatting, approval requests, memo sharing, and even OKR registration—all in one place. We used to rely on separate tools for messaging, document approval, and Notion, which was quite cumbersome. Now, it really feels like everything is resolved in a single, unified platform. One inconvenience was that the Gantt chart is not yet supported on the mobile app. It would be really helpful to view the chart directly on my phone during meetings, so I hope this gets improved in the future. I've been using Morningmate for a year and a half now. I'm a freelancer and I work for different employers, sometimes at the same time. Morningmate helps me organize my tasks. For example, I can see at a glance what I need to do and when the work is due, which is essential in my situation. It helps avoid being stressed out and missing deadlines. I also find that communication with collaborators is smoother and more direct. I’ve worked on projects using only email or phone. After a certain amount of email exchanges, information can get lost or become a bit difficult to track down. With Morningmate, comments made directly beneath each post help centralize all the necessary information in one place and see them clearly. The collaborators involved can also check them.
