I particularly appreciate MoreApp's strong functionality in form creation and data collection. The program solves the problem of manual data entry on paper for us by allowing employees on site to digitally capture process and quality data, which enables standardized data collection and reduces errors. I find it difficult to deal with heavily nested JSON arrays, and it is confusing. The data field names in the designer are also problematic due to certain restrictions, such as the prohibition of special characters. The integration, especially the creation of templates with the Word feature, is laborious and frustrating, as these tweaks only become active after a new release. In larger companies, the role concept of MoreApp is not yet fully developed, and a systematic evaluation of the forms/submissions is lacking. Additionally, larger work instructions with multiple PDF pages cannot be represented. There is also no possibility for multiple users to work on the form simultaneously.
