More Happi is continuous manager development for mid-market organisations, typically those with 50 to 1,000 managers. It combines monthly masterclasses with unlimited one-to-one coaching from qualified human coaches, so every manager can lead confidently through change, challenges and growth. It’s built for People leaders who are tired of training that energises managers on the day and is forgotten within hours. Many of them have also become the unofficial coaching service for their managers, dealing with the same issues again and again. Behaviour changes when a real challenge comes up, not in a training room. So More Happi pairs practical, interactive masterclasses with on-demand access to 100+ coaches, with no session limits, no waiting weeks for a slot and no end date. Every masterclass ends with “Take this to your coach,” which connects what managers learn to the situations they’re actually facing. More Happi is rated 4.9/5 across 7,000+ reviews and trusted by companies including Rightmove, Gorilla, Zoe and The Hoxton. It gives People teams their strategic capacity back and lets them show the exec team leadership behaviour that has actually changed, with first real wins within weeks.
