Moovila is the absolute best project management software for MSPs, since it was built by those with MSP experience! We now use it to manage all of our projects and hands down our favorite feature is the integration with ConnectWise Manage. This allows me to utilize the software to manage the project and my engineers to stay in Manage where they can work out of tickets as usual. It made for a pretty seamless transition for us. The dashboard is the best feature to remind you of an upcoming or overdue task. The chat feature is great for communicating between teams and tracking progress. It is simple to update a job and clearly shows the impact on the delayed projects.

For the PM's out there -- the project dashboard is super helpful for tracking those projects that are slipping or have someone not performing. The automated risk scoring and critical path engines. The ability to get a look at all assigned projects and their respective risks will be invaluable as the business project list grows. There may be tools that combine project management and psa, but not like this. We needed a tool that would help our consultant be better at project management first and foremost. Moovila's Carmen (AI) helps not only identify issues with their plans but helps them take proper action earlier.
