Moovila is a single dashboard to keep track of projec tasks (aka tickets), resources, upcoming milestones, billing milestones, and so much more. Working projects in Connectwise PSA (formerly Manage) can be cumbersome and I was elated when I found Moovila. The integration makes project management leaps and bounds more efficient. Scalability, ease of use, critical path visualization is top notch. This product can be used by the newbie to project management as well as the seasoned expert and everyone in between. The ability to visually identify downstream impacts of missing dates has been a game changer. The story tells itself and lets us focus on where the support is needed versus thinking the PM has to fix their plan. Real problem solving happens faster. The resource management quickly helped aligning the right resources, but gave us data to tell the story for areas overburdened. And the customer support is amazing. There are a few reasons why I like Moovila, I use this frequently (everyday). It's easy for me to centralize project plans, details, and files. I love that I am able to create templates for specific project workplans and easily apply those to other projects. I really appreciate the ability to create dashboards based on my specific needs. Drag and drop technology, user interface is very easy to use and intuitive, customizable and easy to mold to your companies project management principles and style. Perfect Project has become an important part of my team's workflow. I've been using it for about a year, and I've seen significant improvement during that time. It has made it much easier to track the status of our projects, stay up to date on tasks, and provide timelines to stakeholders versus our previous system. It's sync with ConnectWise is incredibly useful as it allows task status, time entries, and resources to match in both systems. Thanks to this sync, I have been able to provide stakeholders up to date task lists very easily. The templates feature makes easy to set up new projects.
