"Fills in Gaps with ConnectWise Projects"

What do you like best about Moovila?

Moovila has been very helpful with it's integration with ConnectWise. Over the years, I've often looked for products that will sit on top of ConnectWise and provide a better project management platform that what is natively offered. Most products require duplicating of effort and data and are cumbersome to manage due to that. Moovila is unique due to leverage CW as the datasource - making it so you only need to make changes in one spot for it to sync to CW or to Moovila. Any issue has been quickly resovled via support - everyone on the customer support side has been knowledgeable. And finally, it's being actively developed and new features are being added on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

The interface is a little clunky and could use some tweaks to be more user friendly. The product is still in active development and a number of features we request are mentioned as pending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience with Moovila!"

What do you like best about Moovila?

Moovilla provides us the solution to manage projects for our clients and really helps our team understand priorities, upcoming workload, capacity, etc. It is an advanced tool, but easy to use and learn. The best is how we can have leaders and project managers plan and manage projects in Moovila, but the integration with PSAs (we use HaloPSA) really helps sync all the project work into a common tool the team uses everyday. They use this to view project tickets assigned to them, prioritize activities, and track time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

There is a lot to the system in terms of capabilities, so it is a journey to use more and more of the system as we go. We have made some good progress, but it can be overwhelming. The good news is that our onboarding is designed to be with us over time as well. That process has been great - most companies do some traing and intial set-up and you are on your own. That has not been the case with Moovila. The onboarding process has been great and done overtime as we adjust our processes and learn the system really has helped a lot! "Helps MSPs Work Smarter, Not Harder"

What do you like best about Moovila?

The gamechanger for project coordination within Moovila is the auto-calculation feature for imipacts of delays or changes that immediately proposes an updated timeline. Being able to make sure that every task's timeline is accurate keeps the team on the same page with very little effort because everyone can see from their portfolio if we're currently on target to deliver. Setting dependencies is easy, and we had a great onboarding process with their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

The learning curve with the interface is, at times, steep. At times it can be overwhelming and clunky and I wish there were more customization options in the layout to make things more intuitive. It wouuld also be nice if the platform offered more granular reporting capabilities to provide deeper insights into project metrics that I could share with clients. What problems is Moovila solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having to think about resource allocation is one of the main problems we now get to circumvent - I don't have to check in with my team on their current workload and capacity because I can just quickly assign the most suitable person to the task. "Moovila: The Game-Changer for Project Efficiency and Quality"

What do you like best about Moovila?

What I personally, and professionally like best about Moovila, is how it has overhauled and completely revolutionized our project management delivery and support at MSP+. The biggest win for us has been the dramatic reduction in the time it takes to roll out a project. We went from over an hour, building out plans, timelines, and finding the right resources, to just about 10 minutes, which has been a huge efficiency boost.

Beyond that, Moovila has really enhanced the quality of our deliverables. The platform’s advanced features have helped us maintain high standards consistently. Its forecasting tools are another standout; they’ve greatly improved our ability to anticipate and manage potential issues before they arise, as well as see what we have for resources to take on new engagement, projects, and initiatives.

Overall, Moovila has streamlined our processes and made project management smoother and more effective. It’s truly transformed how we work and delivers results that we can be proud of and relay on.

Add on to this the new features and fun bits and bobs that they are slinging out, which will further build ou that system to be a great solution across the cboard fro any level of service delivery. The future is much brighter with Mioovila on your side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

I want to emphasize that my feedback is quite detailed because there are no major aspects of the Moovila system that I genuinely dislike. However, if I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be the learning curve for those transitioning from simpler systems. Moovila’s comprehensive features require careful configuration and setup for each project to fully leverage the platform's benefits.

Despite this, the support team at Moovila is exceptional. Their responsiveness and patience in addressing any challenges are commendable, and they consistently work to find effective solutions.

I have encountered a few performance issues, but these have not been substantial enough to attribute directly to the platform itself. Additionally, there are some constraints in customization to consider. As a user integrating Moovila with CW PSA, the platform relies heavily on the data and communication between these systems. Occasionally, this integration may not translate perfectly, but these issues are often due to the ongoing updates and complexity of such a robust system, rather than flaws in Moovila itself.

Overall, despite these minor considerations, Moovila significantly surpasses my previous solutions, as highlighted in my positive remarks about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moovila solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moovila has been instrumental in solving several key business challenges for us at MSP+. One of the most notable improvements is the significant reduction in the time it takes to roll out, and update the timelines for new and active projects. The ability to click a few buttons and compeltely reallign the timeline for an active proejct, have it update acorss all systems, and jsut work, is a timesaver, and really helps to show our clients we know what we are doing. We’ve seen this process go from over an hour to just about 10 minutes, which has greatly enhanced our operational efficiency and responsiveness.

The platform also plays a crucial role in elevating the quality of our deliverables. Moovila’s advanced features and tools enable us to consistently produce high-quality work, ensuring that we meet and often exceed client expectations. Its smart forecasting capabilities further refine our project management and service delivery by allowing us to anticipate and address potential challenges more effectively.

In addition to these benefits, Moovila has streamlined our overall project management processes. The integration and simplification of various tasks have made our workflows much more efficient and less time-consuming.

The exceptional support provided by the Moovila team has also been a significant advantage. Their responsiveness and willingness to work closely with us have helped resolve any issues and ensure the platform is tailored to our needs.

While there are some constraints with customization and integration, particularly with CW PSA, these are minor compared to the substantial improvements Moovila has brought to our operations. Overall, Moovila has transformed our approach to project management, delivering enhanced efficiency, quality, and support, and addressing many of the challenges we faced previously. The onboarding team is absolutely stellar. Having onboarded with hundreds of applications over the years, this is by far the best. Smooth work, prepared for calls, concerns heard and addressed and ongoing engagement.
