Moovia is a great software that is based on synergy as a strategy to achieve the highest levels of productivity in work teams. Moovia is an office platform whose function is to use various tools to strengthen and promote teamwork and cooperation in the performance of routine functions at work, or in the development of group projects. Moovia is very easy to use, and you can create internal social networks, define leadership and priorities in the development of your projects at work, evaluate the performance of the team according to the tasks assigned and completed, manage the attention to your customers, manage work teams defined for the fulfillment of a project or activity inherent to your company, manage the work schedule, work meetings and create forums to discuss issues. We use Moovia in the banking entity where I work because its system uses cryptography, which guarantees us very good levels of security, the customer service is very complete, and has good commercial partners who support the growth of the software. Due to the fact that the software is little used, sometimes some functions are not updated, and in some texts of the page there are translation errors, these problems must be attended to immediately by the Moovia workers. A well geared work team has the answers and proposals to dynamize the growth of the company where it works, and Moovia is an excellent software to fulfill this premise. My work performance has been strongly influenced by the use of this software, since we have used its tools and functions to improve the elaboration of our financial projects, presenting to the banking entity where I work coherent and well studied proposals, with the purpose of optimizing the administrative processes of the company. Moovia has been one of the best findings I have had in this last year, as I was looking for a software that would allow me to integrate my co-workers and my customers in a social network and thus manage content of our company, accounting information of public interest, and the various payments to run, Moovia has been my great solution, as it has all the tools to strengthen collaborative work, linked to your co-workers to the various activities and projects that you can also manage with this software. Moovia has interesting tools such as the option of creating a private social network, which I manage and link the people needed to meet my work objectives, whether individual or collective. You have an intranet system, and thus manage content from our company to the internal. You have a rating system which allows me to motivate our clients and co-workers when we achieve the proposed goals. Another aspect that I use of this software is that I can manage work teams according to their strengths and weaknesses, taking advantage of the best of each worker to design and develop our accounting projects. One recommendation I make to the Moovia team is that they check again the languages they have to visualize and use the software as it is not fully translated. Recommendations to others considering MOOVIA: This software is known by very few people, for this reason, since I began to use it and enjoy all its tools, I do not stop recommending it, since Proofy.io, is one of the collaborative software with greater potential that I have used. Managing your projects, work assignments, customer service, and accounting processes collaboratively is one of the best privileges I have when using this software. Moovia is one of those softwares that, when you use it the first time you don't stop using it. And I comment this because Moovia is a very comprehensive software, you have the perfect combination to manage a private social network and link the people you want, this feature works perfectly in my work because I add to my Moovia session the workers who accompany me daily in our company, this gives us many benefits like being able to direct projects, create work teams, evaluate different products, comment on our products. Another characteristic of Moovia is that it strengthens collaborative work, and this is possible because you can manage all group projects from this software. Moovia is a wonderful software, because thanks to it I have been able to meet many professional journalists with whom we have managed projects and work together while exposing our work as a social network to get feedback with other users. Moovia has the perfect tools to link with other professionals interested in the projects you want to develop, establishing a very wide and nurtured network of workers.
