What do you like best about Moosend?

I'm just setting up Moosend for the first time, and had a few questions for Customer Support. It was refresing to get a response quickly. I had two issues that needed resolution, and they made sure their response addressed both of them. Impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moosend?

There are some videos to coach you through the setup process, but they're outdated. You could look for the UI differences and work your way through the setup, or you could look through their documentation, which is more updated.

What do you like best about Moosend?

It has many features like subject line A/B testing which is useful for advertsing.Drag and Drop newsletter editor is useful and setting it up fastly. Countdown Timers helps users to convert easier and in a most efficient way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moosend?

Pricing is higher for 500 subscribers and when we scale up pricing is much higher. Customer support reverts very lately hinders the performance of the implementation. Integration is not seamless with the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moosend is really easy to undersatnd, there are no complexities. I don't have any technical background due to which I face issues with few mailing platform but Moosend has solved this problem it is really easy to navigate and use the platform effectively. Without technical background it's difficult to understand mail platforms and creation of designed mails is bit challenging but with Moosend everything is possible with one click of the mouse one can easily create designed mail, email automation process. "Moosend - The Genuine SaaS Tool"

What do you like best about Moosend?

Moosend is value for money and most of the advanced features are available in the base packages.

The tools for segmentation and marketing automation are excellent. I could simply set up automations with workflow templates.

Everything in the tool is simple to use and pick up quickly. It makes the users to use it frequently.

Reaching support representatives using live chat is very simple. In my experience, responses are rather prompt and have been useful in answering my questions.

The reports include information on email clients and devices, a click heatmap, and geolocation data. They are comprehensive and well-organized.

Linking the website/Cloud platforms to receive comprehensive campaign tracking is a much-needed and helpful one. Source data can be fetched from any other CRM or cloud platform through simple integration steps.

Moosend offers a range of connections and industry-specific solutions that make it easier to import the data into the system.

The creation of landing sites, cloud pages, personalized emails, and other associated blocks is quite easy, and there are plenty of support papers accessible to assist with the new solution's implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moosend?

No CRM on its own.

Lack of community groups to get more updates about the product and learning.

Limited templates for email creation when compared to other Email Marketers.

What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Email marketing team and demand creation departments now depend heavily on Moosend. Our team has discovered that adding subscription forms and launching RSS campaigns is simple and saves time and effort thanks to the plugin's easy-to-use interface and seamless WordPress integration. It allows us to watch subscriber behavior and optimize their campaigns by keeping an eye on email opens and clicks.

"Moosend brings marketing campaigns closer to everyone"

What do you like best about Moosend?

Its no code campaign builder. It is a platform that with minimal to null developer time is needed to start sending campaigns. It is user friendly and very intuitive. It allows to have AB testing, personalization, segmentation, landing pages and form, all in one place!
