**What do you like best about Moosend?**

From where I sit, Moosend has one of the best campaign editors, ease of use, feature sets, and ease of intgrations of any of the email sending systems I've tried and I've had  subscriptions to most.  I love their reporting dashboard too.  Their customer service is via email but the support is quick , helpful and instructive and I've kept this subscription longer than any other.   I'm home with Moosend and wont be changing providers again.

**What do you dislike about Moosend?**

I'm not being myopic, I really can't think of anything I dislike.  If I were to nit pik, I would prefer contact management where instead of having one contact replicated in multiple lists, it would be one list of contacts where each contact would be assigned to multiple "campaigns" or "Groups".   Also, trying to use the reporting features on tablet or phone is difficult.  I think Moosend could improve mobile dashboard compatibility.

**What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moosend helps me get my infrequent communications to large groups to the right people when I need to get it to them.   I  run events  so it's great for getting info to people who are in our seminars.

Nothing. I really like this software and its capabilities.

My company doesn't use a CRM (YES, I KNOW!) so having the capabilities to prospect and send emails out via Moosend is a game changer. It has been challenging for us to hit certain goals, and Moosend has made that easier with its capabilities. I could have chosen a different platform, but found Moosend checked the boxes I needed for the price I could afford.

Moosend offers a variety of templates and tools to customize your campaign exactly as you want it.
I've used it for three years now, and I'll keep using it forever.
The support is amazing, great, and fast, and I can get an answer to anything I need within minutes.
It is easy to use, and there is no need to read any kind of documentation.

**What do you dislike about Moosend?**

While I am writing my campaign, I would like to have a quick button to add the name, the title, and anything else that can be used with a shortcut.

This platform is incredibly user-friendly. As with any new tool, I needed to navigate my way around initially. I typically struggle with technology, and my usage is limited to sending numerous emails without any advanced features, so I had reservations initially. However, the customer support team was available throughout and provided substantial assistance, even though some of their explanations were a bit challenging to grasp! If I can successfully use it, I believe anyone can. I highly recommend Moosend, especially for individuals like me.

I found the form designs somewhat restrictive, and I was unable to generate a form entirely from scratch without a predefined layout.

Custom SMTP is a really powerfull solution and simple fix for many solutions

Only e-mail marketing, but good at that
Cannot create custom automation steps
Tried to attach e-mails when using custom SMTP. It was silently failing (but customer service could easily tell and help)

**What do you like best about Moosend?**

I moved to Moosend after researching alternatives to Mailchimp. At first I went to Brevo / Send in Blue - that was ok but wasn't a good fit for me. I really like working with the Moosend interface. Everything is clearly navigable and usability scores high. The segmentation, automation and landing page tools are really useful, and the way the site is designed helps me think clearly about the different aspects of creating and managing campaigns. 
Above all I recommend Moosend for its support. Whenever I have had a question I have been able to use chat or email  to get through to a real person very quickly. This is appreciated as often the bots out there are a frustration to thoe of us who only tend to open a chat when they have already read through the help pages and been unable to fully resolve their problem.
I regularly use Moosend reports to better understand my audience relationships and as I grow my business I know I will be able to connect Moosend to a wide variety of other services.

**What do you dislike about Moosend?**

The logo isn't great and I'd like a bit more customisation to be possible in the management of audience lists without the need to download and reimport.

Moosend is helping me grow my subscriber lists in line with industry standards and good practices. It also provides me with data that helps me understand and adapt my content to be more effective.

**What do you like best about Moosend?**

I find using Moosend really simple with an intuitive interface. I can set up automation emails for my different lead magnets and have them sent automatically based on a schedule of my choosing. It also provides me with relevant information to base whether the email has been opened and any actions takes (links clicked). I can send emails regaulr (1-2 times a week) to my list. I can segments my list based on different lead magents and what my clients are wanting and send them seperate emails. It is great that I can save elements that I use often as templates.

**What do you dislike about Moosend?**

I don't seem to be able to find out if it is possible to set a default for the font and text size to my emails. I need to change it for every email that I write which is a bit of a time waste. It took a while to work out how to use the email creation softward and all the relevant layouts, items and settings.

**What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moosend helps with email marketing and being able to send my potential customers and clients regular emails. It also helps with automating campagin emails for products and lead magnets.

I like the simplicity in the dashboard and the automations which with other platforms had help me to grow my client base. Of course the price per month is a like in comparison to other platforms.

Nothing! Has everything I need to do my job.

It helps me to concentrate my whole client base (audience) emails' in an app where I separate them by my needs. Also using AI and zapier I had make many many automations with my website and no potential client leaves without any contact.

This platform is really simple to use. Like with anything new, I had to figure out how to go where I wanted. I usually have a hard time with technology stuff. I only use it for sending lots of emails, nothing fancy, so I was worried at first. But the people who help customers were there the whole time and they helped me a lot, even though some of what they said was hard to understand! So, if I can use it, anyone can. I really suggest Moosend for people like me

I found myself wasting a lot of time because I didn't update the chosen layout and the test I send is not accurate. Now I understand, I would improve the "Update campaign & continue" button... I didn't click it to confirm because the drop-down menu appeared with the options "Save as template" or "save as Draft". I would divide the options differently.

This software has mostly everything covered but my favourite feature is the newsletter builder which helps me easily create newsletter templates with just dragging and dropping. I also like the email reminder feature for webinars. This has definitely made life easier.

I wish the trial period was slightly longer because for me to try this out with our webinars, I'd need atleast two months. Also while adding my email list which is pretty long, the application takes a bit too long to load. But apart from this nothing else as of now. There are some videos to coach you through the setup process, but they're outdated. You could look for the UI differences and work your way through the setup, or you could look through their documentation, which is more updated. 
Time for some new videos for those who are visual learners!

The creation of landing sites, cloud pages, personalized emails, and other associated blocks is quite easy, and there are plenty of support papers accessible to assist with the new solution's implementation.

No CRM on its own.
Lack of community groups to get more updates about the product and learning.
Limited templates for email creation when compared to other Email Marketers.
Lack of default integration with products like litmus to check the mobile and desktop responsive emails.

**What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Email marketing team and demand creation departments now depend heavily on Moosend. Our team has discovered that adding subscription forms and launching RSS campaigns is simple and saves time and effort thanks to the plugin's easy-to-use interface and seamless WordPress integration. It allows us to watch subscriber behavior and optimize their campaigns by keeping an eye on email opens and clicks. 
For us, the capability to design aesthetically pleasing landing pages with lead capture forms has proven to be an asset.

Its no code campaign builder. It is a platform that with minimal to null developer time is needed to start sending campaigns. It is user friendly and very intuitive. It allows to have AB testing, personalization, segmentation, landing pages and form, all in one place!
Customer support is spot on, they will work to solve your issue very fast.

I felt that forms where a little limited in their designs, and there wasn't an option to create a form from scratch, with no previous layout.

Moosend allows to create email campaigns from zero, using one of your templates or uploading a template. This helps reduce time and costs of a developer.
It allows to personalize emails through segmentation and AB testing, all in one place.

This feature appears to be easy, but it is more effective when utilised in communication. Personalisation is the best and foremost feature that helps us to raise the relevancy of the communication, which results in increased campaign performance and better income. The platform assists us in completing the assignment as soon as possible with the great UI.

As the world moves towards AI, I recommend using the AI feature as much as possible to eliminate micro or repetitive work, which results in easy to use and user friendly with the help of AI.

Moosend shows me metrics and data of how my emails have been doing and gives insight on how I can improve to better reach new clientele. They are easy to contact and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have about the platform.

Moosend does take a long time to upload mailing lists, especially if there are thousands of emails, making it time consuming to upload the lists.

Moosend makes it easy to send out thousands of emails all at once rather than having to send out emails one by one. They are also making it creative and fun to construct emails by providing templates that spark creativity and make it exciting to draft up emails to reach thousands of clients in one day!

Moosend has excellent support. I have sent emails multiple times and always get a response the same day. The most recent issue was a browser problem and nothing to do with Moosend, but they were able to reserach the isse and find a solution for me.

Sceduling multiple campaigns using count down timer and creating interactive newsletters and analytics given by Moosend is little better than mailchimp, It is cheaper compared to other Email marketing tools. Can be easily integrated with ecommerce platforms.

We create our own customised newsletter template, moosend does not provide templates with higher user interactive values and we can not create our own customised template and one more thing is response is slow to heavy load.
