It suits marinas, harbours, yacht clubs and boatyards that handle both transient visitors and long-term or seasonal berth holders, from single sites to multi-location operations. What you can manage Reservations and bookings: real-time availability with instant online booking, QR-code pay-on-arrival and check-in, and staff-entered bookings for walk-ins and phone reservations. Berths, moorings and slips: a visual map of every berth, mooring and slip, with fit checks on length, beam and draft, availability rules, and pricing by the metre, by time or by season. Seasonal waitlists and allocations: applications, queue positions, offers, renewals and holidays for long-term berth holders, with installment billing. Payments and finance: take payments online, by bank transfer or in person, with one view of all revenue, refunds, discounts and payouts, and exports for your accounting system. Customer management (CRM): profiles, contact history, documents and tasks, with optional Outlook email sync. Customer experience: Enable bespoke messages instructing of pilotage, access information and location details to be sent to the customer at various steps, customise their experience to make it the most seamless stay. Maintenance (CMMS): assets, work orders, inspections, inventory and warranties for docks, pontoons and equipment. Fuel: fuel sales, tank and stock reconciliation.
