Moonshot Clinic EHR is a cloud-based electronic health record and clinic management platform for cash-pay specialty practices, including hormone therapy, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and concierge care. It connects clinical documentation with the operational work around each patient visit. Clinical teams can manage patient records, specialty visit templates, vitals, medications, lab workflows, and prescribing through ScriptSure. Scheduling, online booking, digital intake, patient messaging, telehealth, and a patient portal support care before and after the encounter. Inventory tools track medication lots, expiration dates, and documented usage. Integrated Stripe billing supports cash-pay charges and recurring memberships. Built-in CRM tools help teams manage leads and follow-up alongside their patient workflows. Reporting brings clinical and operational information into the same system. AI scribe and assistant features support documentation and operational tasks with human review. DEXA integrations support practices that offer body-composition services, connecting scan information with patient records and reporting. Moonshot was developed by clinic operator Tom Kashul and is used at Moonshot Medical and Performance in Park Ridge, Illinois. It is designed for clinic owners, clinicians, and office teams seeking to consolidate the tools needed to run a cash-pay practice. Practices requiring insurance claims submission or clearinghouse workflows should evaluate those requirements separately. Standard pricing starts at $1,000 per location per month with one prescriber included and unlimited non-prescribing staff. Additional prescribers are $200 per month. Moonshot charges no platform transaction fee; payment-processor charges and applicable AI usage charges are separate. Hands-on migration starts at $1,000 and is quoted based on scope. Support is available during regular business hours.
