We also use and like Asana in our teams, but 15 Euro on top of every user was just not fair, so we have started to look for alternative solutions. The structure is very clear, which makes it super smooth to navigate your OKR structure and add new elements. The minimalistic UI supports that. You can start right away without being an OKR expert. That's not to say that the tool's functionality is limited in any way, thanks to the extensive possibilities for customizing it if you need to. Especially in comparison to other tools, I liked the different ways to configure how progress is measured (Any units you like, easy aggregation of sub-items in the tree, etc.) **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** There are different views of your tree, it wasn't immediately clear to me what the purpose of each is or where the difference exactly lies. The customer support is exceptional. The resources are great; however, there are no examples of non-profit OKRs. Our staff was concurrently learning to create meaningful OKRs and how to use the software. OKRs help staff focus on those goals and how their daily activities synergistically move those goals forward. At the same time there is lots of flexibility, what made it easy for us to adjust Mooncamp to out company's language and processes. The more we use Mooncamp, the more features we uncover. You don't even notice how you become increasingly adept at the software, going from tool beginner to power user. One of the main selling points for us was the configurability of the different types of progress measurement and the smooth creation of new objectives, key results, and initiatives. What also helped is the fact that Mooncamp is fully customizable, which is why I'm confident that even if we should change our OKR approach Mooncamp will be able to adapt accordingly. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** We use their MS teams integration and would love to have an MS planner integration to make it even more useful. Ideally, the last update for items displayed should be visible at all times in the default cascade view. But once one knows how to proceed, updating the percentages is pretty easy. I would suggest a "confirm"-button at the end of each overlay. Clicking simply out of the overlay makes me sometimes unsure whether my comments/updates were saved or not. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we used an Excel spreadsheet for tracking our OKR status. Before using Mooncamp, we had a hard time getting people to update goals. The Check-in feature really helps here, because everybody is automatically reminded to do updates. Mooncamp simply had it all. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** There's nothing really that I dislike about Mooncamp. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** After reading "Measure What Matter", I was thrilled to implement OKRs in my department. However, I quickly realized that tracking OKRs on a spreadsheet simply didn't scale and wouldn't be adopted. You can actually edit OKRs within teams, which is automatically updated within Mooncamp. Given the great functionality the tool still looks quite light-weight and clean, which is a very user-friendly combination. I did not really need any guidance from customer success, however, the one question I had was answered within an hour, which was great.
