The overview of the different Objectives and Key Results is very good - so you see very well how the items belong together and you can make different sections visible to see all details or unvisible to keep it lean. It is a modern tool and is fun to work with it. You can adjust it easily to your individual needs by adding different propoerties for example. What I would also like to highlight is the customer support. Already during the sales phase I received feedback and answers to my questions very quickly and in a very positive and constructive way - it was a great way of working together right from the beginning. Also after having become a customer the quality and pace of the customer support is great - we feel valued as a customer. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** There are some small things that can be improved, but the team is working on it and is sharing the improvements which gives an impression of which features are coming next. You just get a message and then you fill out your preconfigured form. It would be helpful if you could use the Check-ins to facilitate live Check-ins with your teams. Out of all the tools we compared, Mooncamp also had the highest customizability which was very important to us as we have a lot of company-specific terms for certain OKR events and also adapted the OKR framework to better fit our culture. We also based our decision to go with Mooncamp on the G2 reviews which all spoke in the highest terms of the customer service – well, we can confirm! We work with the Office365 environment and primarily use the interface to Excel Online. The MS Teams integration is also used by many users. The full Mooncamp functionality integrated into MS Teams is a benefit many use to avoid constantly switching between programs. It should be highlighted here that the Mooncamp development department knows our specifics and has promised us to also release interfaces to MS Planner and MS ToDo. This is a really great support and service - where else can you find this in the fast-paced digital world? The workflow of the software is self-explanatory.
