How was your workday? That is the one question MoodMonkey asks every employee at the end of their day. One friendly pop-up, one click, done in seconds. Behind that simple question sits a real-time wellbeing dashboard for managers and HR. Instead of waiting for the yearly engagement survey, you see how your teams are actually doing today: trends, signals and honest feedback. We built MoodMonkey on a simple belief: care over control. It is not a monitoring tool, it is a listening tool. Employees share how they feel because it is effortless and safe, and managers get the insights they need to act before small frustrations become big problems. Why it works: 🐒 One daily check-in takes seconds, so participation stays high 🐒 Validated in an 8-week daily study with 4,519 real check-ins 🐒 All data stored in the EU MoodMonkey is built in Amsterdam by a small team that believes listening should be a daily habit, not a yearly event. Curious how your team really feels? Book a free 30-minute demo at www.moodmonkey.io/demo
