**What do you like best about MOOC Office 365?**

I love that Microsoft Office offers multiple uses across their platform, such as email, Teams Meeting, and the ability to store documents and files that are accessible to everyone through Microsoft Office 365 across the organization.

**What do you dislike about MOOC Office 365?**

Sometimes, the software can be a bit slow to update or sync, which can disrupt workflow. Additionally, some features can be relatively complex, requiring a learning curve for new users to the company.

**What problems is MOOC Office 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to easily communicate with clients and employees across the organization. The integrated tools like email and Teams enable easy and sufficient information sharing and collaboration on files, ensuring everyone consistently stays on the same page. This improves efficiency and productivity by making it easier for us to be able to access and share important documents and information from anywhere.
