MontiX is a web-based system for event rental companies in Mexico that rent chairs, tables, tents, tableware, dinnerware and linens. It answers the question every rental company asks before saying yes: how many pieces are free at that exact hour? MontiX counts confirmed contracts, items under repair, sub-rentals and the cleaning time between events. When a quote becomes a contract it checks inventory again and blocks the confirmation if there is not enough stock, even if two salespeople try at the same second. Logistics staff see the weekly schedule and the load sheet on their phone. At pickup, the field team records, per item, what came back fine, damaged or missing; MontiX charges the replacement price and applies the security deposit automatically. Every contract shows advances, payments and balance, with numbered receipts. Roles for admin, sales, logistics and field staff. Priced by concurrent users, from MXN 599/month plus VAT. Covered by a 99.9% uptime SLA.
