"A Fast-Improving Tool That Keeps Our Leadership Team Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

What I like most is that MonsterOps gives our leadership team one clear place to run the company, and it works equally well for my HR. I can see people metrics (hiring, retention, engagement work), company KPIs, and the main priorities for each leader all on one page. When we go into our weekly leadership meeting, we open MonsterOps and follow the same flow every time: look at the numbers, review priorities, then handle issues. It makes it much easier for me to keep the CEO and the rest of the team focused on what we actually said was important, instead of chasing whatever feels urgent that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

None so far. The tool might be new, but the pace of improvements and updates has been quick, so we have not really run into many problems with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brings Clarity and Structure to Our CRM Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

I really like how it pulls our CRM work into the same story as the rest of the business. My team spends all day inside the CRM building campaigns, fixing data, and running reports. MonsterOps is where we step back and see the bigger picture: the key KPIs we own, the main projects in flight, and what needs to be talked about in our next meeting. When we have our weekly review, we open MonsterOps and walk through that page instead of chasing different dashboards and slides. It gives structure to the conversation and makes it very clear which CRM projects actually matter right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

I have not run into any serious issues yet. There were a couple of small moments where we had to decide how to name things so they made sense for a CRM team, but once we set that up, it has been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Dashboard Makes Healthcare Management Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

I like that MonsterOps gives me and my client one clear place to see what is happening across the whole business. In healthcare there is a lot going on at the same time: clinics, patient experience, operations, hiring, partnerships, and compliance projects. Before, I had pieces of information in different decks, spreadsheets, and email threads. Now I can open MonsterOps and see the key goals, the weekly priorities, and the list of open issues on a single screen. When I prepare my CEO for leadership meetings or partner calls, I start there, and it is much easier to make sure they walk in with the right context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

So far, nothing that really bothers me. We are still fairly new to the tool, and it has been simple to understand and work into our routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear priorities, better decisions, and rapidly evolving software with a responsive founder"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

MonsterOps gives us a simple, shared picture of what we are trying to ship, without me having to explain everything in terms of tickets. I live in GitHub and Jira, but the rest of the team does not. In MonsterOps I can see the main goals, the key metrics, and the current priorities in one place, and that is exactly what we use in our weekly check in. It keeps the conversation focused on outcomes instead of just tasks, and it is easy for non technical teammates to understand how engineering fits into the bigger plan.

On top of that, the product is moving quickly in a good way. New features and small improvements show up often, and they tend to be things that actually make our lives easier rather than random clutter. You can tell it is an active tool, not something that was shipped once and left alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Nothing meaningful so far. A few labels felt very operations focused at the beginning, but once we renamed a couple of things to match how our team talks, it has been smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Focused, Reliable, and Easy to Adopt"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

This tool gives me one clean place to see what is happening across the entire company before I put anything on my executive’s calendar. In data privacy, there are always a lot of parallel tracks: product work, security and privacy initiatives, audits, incidents, customer commitments, and internal projects. With MonsterOps I can open our leadership view and instantly see the current goals, the key metrics, and the open issues that are being tracked. When I prepare agendas, plan the week, or get my executive ready for a customer or board conversation, I use that page as my starting point. It has made my prep work much more focused and has reduced the number of surprises in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Haven't found anything that I genuinely dislike. We are still in the early stages of using it and it has been straightforward for me to work into my routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MonsterOps finally gives our leadership team one clear place to run the business"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

What I like most is that MonsterOps finally gives our leadership team one clear place to run the business. We used to bounce between decks, spreadsheets, and separate reports for different data. Now our key metrics, quarterly priorities, and issues list all live in a single tool that we use every week.

Our leadership meetings are noticeably sharper: we open MonsterOps, review the scorecards, (growth, loss ratios, cycle times, NPS), check progress on the top priorities, and then work through the issues list. There’s far less time spent asking “where’s that number?” or “who’s actually owning this?” and a lot more time deciding what we’re going to do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Very little so far. If anything, I’d just like a few more industry-specific templates and examples, but it’s easy enough to customize for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"L10 meetings are now focused"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

Our L10 meetings became smoother because of MonsterOps. Love how it boosts our team's confidence with makes the discussion smoother and focused only on the things that mattered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Would be nice if everyone in the meeting has an option where everyone can just leave a rating of their own in the conclusion than having to ask everyone individually. But it's also a no deal breaker, cause we get to use the opportunity to ask everyone the reason behind their rating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps keep the business running even when I am not working on it full time"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

Running a business part time means I need clear visibility the moment I step back in. This tool helps me see priorities, progress, and open issues without spending hours catching up. It gives me confidence that work keeps moving between my check ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

This was mostly a personal adjustment. I had to train myself to consistently update and review the system instead of relying on memory or scattered notes. Once it became part of my routine, it saved me time instead of adding overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rocks tracking has been easier"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

Love how tracking who's accountable for what and if the project has been on track or not with MonsterOps's rocks feature. Super easy to navigate, and understand things on the first look especially we're new to EOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Still trying to figure out how to change profile picture in the workspace. Not much of a deal-breaker. Still 5/5 and would still recommend this to my network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
