"Transforms Clinic Operations with Clarity and Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

What I appreciate most is that MonsterOps lets me see the non clinical side of the clinic in a way that actually makes sense for my job. I spend my day handling patient messages, booking appointments, following up on lab results, and coordinating with providers. Before, I felt like I was working in a tunnel. Now, when I log in, I can see the clinic’s main goals for the week, simple operational metrics like response times or no show rates, and the tasks that have been assigned to me and the rest of the team. It gives me a clear idea of what matters most, instead of just reacting to whatever request lands in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

None so far. We are still fairly new to using it in the clinic, and it has been easy to understand and work into my routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Prioritization and Clarity for Creative Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

I love that MonsterOps tells me, very clearly, what actually needs visuals this week and why. I used to get requests in Slack, email, random docs, and the occasional hallway comment, and it was hard to know what was truly important. Now I open MonsterOps and I can see the main campaigns, the priorities for the team, and the specific items that need design or video support. It makes it much easier to plan my day, batch similar work, and understand the context behind each asset so I can make better creative decisions, not just decorate a to do list. What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

We're still adapting to the tool and it has been straightforward and easy to work into my routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MonsterOps Turned My Messy Mornings Into Focused Work"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

For me, the best part is how it calms my brain down at the start of the day. Our team work across a lot of little pieces: product updates, basic reporting, checking stock issues, flagging customer problems, helping with promos.

Before MonsterOps, I had sticky notes, Google Docs, and a very stressed brain. Now I open one page and see, “Here is our target this week, here are the numbers we are watching, here are the tasks that are still on you.” It is not fancy, but it is clear, and that is exactly what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Honestly, nothing yet. I am still pretty new to it, and so far it has only made things easier, not harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Leadership Alignment Without Extra Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

MonsterOps gives us a clean, repeatable way to run leadership across game projects, live-ops, and central teams without adding yet another “gaming-specific” tool to the stack.

At our level, the hardest part isn’t the data. It’s aligning around what we’re actually doing this month and this quarter. MonsterOps has become the place where we keep things neat:

- Simple scorecards (player activity, revenue, stability, sentiment, delivery milestones)

- The key priorities per team

- The issues and decisions from each leadership meeting

When we sit down for our weekly business review, we open MonsterOps and everything we need is there. We don’t spend half the meeting jumping between dashboards, slide decks, and trello boards. It’s made conversations with finance, marketing, and central operations much easier because quickly get on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

It’s not built specifically for gaming industry, so you won’t see “live ops,” “seasons,” or “events” language out of the box. We had to name a few things our own way and decide which metrics to pull in. But once we did that, it worked fine. And then again, it's works fine for our leadership meetings. "Clarity is the new superpower for our leadership team"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

MonsterOps has been a gamechanger for our team. Seeing exactly who owns which seat and how that connects to our Scorecard makes everything click. It’s intuitive enough that our team didn't need a "tech genius" to get it running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

A few more native integrations with external calendar apps would help keep our L10s perfectly synced without the extra clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MonsterOps made our weekly leadership meeting actually useful and organized"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

We signed up for MonsterOps after getting tired of spreadsheets and random Notion pages. In only a few days, we’ve got leadership priorities, metrics, and issues in one place, and our first weekly meeting was hundred times more productive. You can still see it’s a newer product in a few UI details, but the core idea clicked with the team very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Nothing major so far. I am still early in using the tool and have not hit any serious drawbacks yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps our company be aligned without adding extra process"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

I find the way they did the scorecards super cool. It's way better than a simple spreadsheet. Everyone updates their number and we can quickly see when a scorecard needs attention. They way you can quickly and easily switch between weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly made our life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

Every time I want to suggest an improvement, it's already been addressed before I have time to email support. It's clear they are heavily improving the software every day. So I guess the pace of changes can be intimidating for some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frequent, Friction-Reducing Updates That Keep Up With Our Changing Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

You can tell the tool is actively being built and improved. Updates arrive frequently, and they generally focus on removing friction rather than adding fluff. That’s important for us because our workflow changes often from team to team, and we need a tool that’s easy to adapt as those changes come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

A few areas still feel like they’re in an early stage. The upside is that the improvement cycle is quick, so the rough spots don’t stick around for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps keep moderation work organized and consistent across the team"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

Our work moves fast and requires clear guidelines, quick decisions, and solid documentation. This tool helps us stay aligned on priorities, track recurring issues, and log decisions from team reviews without losing context. During moderation syncs, we capture action items and policy questions live, which reduces repeat discussions and keeps responses consistent. It has made handoffs between shifts and team members much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

This was my first time working with an operating system style tool, so it took a bit of self adjustment to change how I track work and updates. Once I got used to the structure and rhythm, it became much easier to use, but the shift in mindset took a little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Priorities, More Time to Write with MonsterOps"
5/5
What do you like best about MonsterOps?

Working in creative and newswriting means balancing ideas with tight deadlines, and MonsterOps helps keep that balance clear. It gives me visibility into what stories matter most, what deadlines are non negotiable, and what is coming next without constant back and forth. Editorial meetings feel more focused because decisions, follow ups, and story tasks are captured live. I spend less time clarifying priorities and more time actually writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterOps?

There is a short learning curve if you are not used to working inside a structured operating system. It took a bit of time to understand how everything fits together, but once it does, the workflow feels very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
