Monster gives the perfect candidate what the client wants, and Time is valuable, saving time. Loads rather quickly and is somewhat customizable. The best part of eliminating cold calling is the hours held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After thinking, I only have one suggestion. Speeding up the time it takes to remove contacts from salesforce. Generally takes a day to update the data with the Salesforce integration, but this might be fixed already, so I don't have anything negative to say, and that's rare for a sales marketing professional. Saves so much time when doing outbound sales calls. Instead of dialing or waiting on the phone while someone answers or gets you to the person you want to speak with, MonsterConnect does it all for you. Then when the target person connects on the phone, you're immediately connected to them. So basically, someone else makes the calls for you and gets you to the person. It's a huge time saver. You save so much time because you're only on the phone when the person you want to speak with is available.
