I switched from another monitoring service due to its complex UI and it was missing some features. MonSpark literally monitors everything I need and it only took me a few minutes to set it up. I have changed servers recently due to too much downtime, and having a website monitor is crucial. I don't use Slack or Teams so I set Pabbly Connect up to text me when my sites have any issues. I've been using MonSpark for a while now and am quite happy with how reliable it is. We purchased the service via AppSumo, and the plan limitations of the tier we purchased mean that we have no ability to receive call alerts. Purchasing the service under normal circumstances would remove this downside though so there are really no negatives to the service having used Status Cake and Uptime Robot in the past for comparison.
