What do you like best about MonSpark?

As a non-IT person, I was amazed at how easy this was to set up across a number of sites. The fact that it has so many tools under one platform is a massive win for me as well. It takes the hard work out of keeping an eye on sites without taking up too much time. Essential as a micro business as it means I can just get on with bringing in revenue. What do you dislike about MonSpark?

Nothing yet, would probably like more video content for the non-techies amongst us to get the most out of the platform. I'm really new to this so maybe I've just not come across them. They do seem to have fairly good documentation so I need to explore that more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
