The top 3 features to me are; the variety of monitors available within a single solution. The simple yet effective UI design of the portal. At this point, i have not come across anything I dislike other than a false alarm that happened on two occasions I am aware of. I don't know what or why these events got triggered. Monspark has allowed me to combine multiple platforms into a singular one which can significantly simplify the administration and overhead a person has to deal with. Unfortunately, Pro features like Blacklist IP Monitoring are really expensive (600€/mo). It'd be great to have such services also available (and affordable) for small companies. We experienced some downtimes on our websites, so I was looking for a solution to monitor them. What do you dislike about MonSpark? It could use more integration options. An API will be helpful for me. I've been using it from the start and encountered some minor bugs but nothing serious. Sometimes our servers fail, and it's hard to immediately track and solve these issues. When I've logged in I was really impressed by the interface, modern, clear & easy to use. It's also fast, which is a must these days. I have many websites to manage so it's good to have a system to monitor them. I like MonSpark because it sends you notifications whenever your site is down or when the SSL is about to expire. As a developer it was frustrating to keep an eye on all the websites developed for my clients, monspark has many tools available to check all the websites if they are running continually, and if any changes have happened without the site ownsers knowledge. Unfortunalty there is no mobile app which can show notifications in case any issues occur with the monitored website. When you have a website that is making you money, it is essential to know if your site is offline so you can do something about it. Every minute it's offline could be costing you money or leads or both. Setting up monitors is straightforward, -- as simple as a C&P of a URL. The dashboard has a lot of information without being overloaded. It's well set up, I particularly like the dark screen, and the use of colour is logical and helpful. The app can also monitor 20 different areas. As well as uptime, it can also monitor changes to your webpage (if it's hacked) , domain expiration, whois, if your website IP is blacklisted and more. MonSpark is one of those apps that rolls up its sleeves and gets to work while you can focus on your business. Ideally, you won't even know it's there. What I like best about MonSpark is that I receive notifications when a website goes down or has any issues. The only thing that could make MonSpark better (in my opinion) is the Spanish translation. It does not connect to SMS outside of the United States. Other than that, it's a great program. Love the absolutely HUGE range of monitors available. Far more than I'll ever need, but all developed incredibly well. I've tried most of them for a couple of weeks and not a single failure. I find the Ui a little confusing sometimes, but I think this is because I added so many monitors in such a short amount of time.
