Agencies and consultancies usually run client work across a board tool, a time tracker, an invoicing app and a spreadsheet of contracts. Mono puts them on one set of records. Every project board, kanban or scrum, belongs to a client contract, and the board shows how many of the agreed days are already used. Your team logs time against tasks with a timer or by hand, so every hour already knows its client and contract. The Timesheet exports to a spreadsheet (CSV). On the Pro plan, invoices are linked to the client (and, if you like, the contract), can pull in lines from the hours logged on that contract, download as PDFs with your logo, track overdue and part payments, and support six currencies. A Client ROI report shows each client's profit after expenses and the cost of your team's time. Client records hold contacts, notes and follow-up reminders, with a warning before a contract expires.
