For more than 24 years, multi-unit restaurant brands have used MONKEY to run their entire catering business, from the first online order to the final financial report. Today MONKEY has processed more than 28 million catering orders and $5.7 billion in catering sales across 8,000+ restaurant locations. Unlike catering marketplaces, MONKEY is a first-party platform. Restaurant brands keep full ownership of their customers, their data and their revenue, with no marketplace fees or middlemen. MONKEY covers the full catering lifecycle in one platform: Ordering and guest experience: branded, first-party online catering ordering that fits each restaurant brand and makes it easy for guests to place large and recurring orders. CRM and marketing: a catering CRM built to grow repeat business, win back corporate accounts and turn one-time catering orders into ongoing revenue. Store operations and delivery: order management and kitchen coordination across every location, plus MONKEYDrive, a delivery tracking app for a restaurant's own drivers. Enterprise control and reporting: financial reporting, billing and visibility across all locations, so operators and finance teams can see how catering performs at every level. MONKEY also offers Sadie AI, a voice AI assistant that helps restaurants handle catering inquiries, new orders and order changes by phone, and MONKEYPay for catering payments. MONKEY is designed for catering directors, VPs of operations, franchisees and general managers at multi-unit restaurant and bakery brands who need catering to run smoothly at scale. Brands such as Einstein Bros. Bagels, Newk's Eatery, Luna Grill, Boudin Bakery, Qdoba, Urbane Cafe and Henri's Bakery use MONKEY to grow catering into a reliable, high-margin revenue channel. MONKEY works as a partner, not just a vendor, with a team that knows catering operations from the inside.
