It's a platform that you have to use to understand the ins and outs. At first, it was confusing, but with use, now clearer. Additionally, as our demographic of students is International, there are no international texting capabilities which means that email and other virtual video platforms are still our main modes of communication. I love that I am able to keep in touch with all of my recruits. I am able to pull up the contacts and start typing in their name and it pops up. It also tells me who the contact owner is so that I am not reaching out to someone that is not my recruit.
