The ease of use and connection with our CRM to track data and respond/send messages on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mongoose AI Engagement Platform?

The connection between Mongoose and the Slate CRM could be better. It is only able to automatically push data between the systems once a day. Whereas our previous CRM was able to push text updates back and forth multiple times per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Students do not answer calls, return calls, but they will text. We use it to let students know when their test times are, we follow up why they missed class, and to send kudos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
