Also sometimes its use is not super intutive and easy as one would expect. Apart this, I find it perfect. **Recommendations to others considering Mongoose Conversation Intelligence Platform:** I use this app for my job daily. Because I use it so much, I wish it was designed better for the iPhone X (I have the XS Max). Top of the app is cramped under the notch. The bottom icons are placed right where the home indicator is so I’m constantly hitting that. Poor design choices for the X. **What problems is Mongoose Conversation Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this app for my job daily. This software is user-friendly and easy to manage in order to carryout the task being done **What problems is Mongoose Conversation Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cadence is helping me connect with students by sending them a reminder text about an upcoming event or changes that need to be made, or important messages regarding to Gateway Technical College. It allows our staff to interact with students. ### 3. I love that you can even schedule messages ahead of time! Overall it's really provided a seamless way to stay in communication. **What do you dislike about Mongoose Conversation Intelligence Platform?** My only dislike is the character limit. I understand why it's there. But once every blue moon, you need to say a little bit more. **What problems is Mongoose Conversation Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving a communication issue. It allows clients to reach us quickly and not have to wait for an email response or go out of their way to find our email.
