Being able to text multiple students without creating a group text is amazing. Creating segments is incredibly helpful as well, and for some of my colleagues, the scheduling option is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mongoose AI Engagement Platform? The mobile app has no way to add tags and it doesn't give you an option to filter just your own students. The product would be much better if the mobile app could do this. Also, I don't like the shared inbox at all, I worry about FERPA violations and violating a student's trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mongoose AI Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? I am unaware of any problems they are working on, and I don't know where I would find this information.
