I like being able to individualize messages and the mass messaging. There are several features that are great, particularly out-of-office auto-replies, smart messages and scheduled messaging. The motivating notes to keep your inbox clean (aka empty) is very cute and fun. It's fairly easy to use and I don't recall ever needing to reach out for customer support because it's fairly self-explanatory and where it isn't they have videos explaining how to use certain functions. Something I dislike is when a prospective student tries calling the number that's set for my personal texting line, it doesn't distinguish the call coming into my cell is from/for the Mongoose number. As well as when I return any missed calls from Mongoose, it's coming from my personal cell number, not my personal Mongoose number. Which probably isn't a Mongoose issue, might be a carrier issue, but it would be nice to have a calling feature within the mobile app. (Unsure if the above has been addressed.) It's a bit inconvenient to have to remove certain people from a team temporarily while sending out a mass text from within a team-shared number, so being able to temporarily mute their notifications rather than removing them from the team would be a nice feature they could improve. They already resolved smart messaging and that's been amazing at saving time on response time. Cadence is helping our university reach students much more easily and quickly, and getting more responses from them. For example, this helps us do outreach more effectively for students who have not registered for classes next semester yet, to figure out what's going on or to encourage them to sign up.
