There are different aspects that I like about this accounting software since it has personally become the best accounting tool that allows me to carry out the management and control of the administration in the most efficient way. I mainly like the fact that it is available in the cloud and it gives me all the functions and features that I need to perform the corresponding follow-ups in one place, among the different aspects I can mention that it offers me to register budgets, keep detailed control in the ledger, make arrangements, track taxes and particularly keep track of accounts receivable and payable since as an administrator in the human resources department day by day I must work with the payroll of workers, which is usually a Stressful and long task but with MoneyWorks it is no longer like that, I can do everything in the shortest possible time, without stress or margins of error. In spite of being for me the best option as a tool for the accounting activity I must recognize that for the company where I work it has been very expensive to implement, so I can mention that its acquisition price is the only thing that I do not like very much since it limits companies to use them and therefore they lose the great opportunity of their lives to discover as excellent accounting software as MoneyWorks is. I like your system to import data in a flexible and powerful way, my numbers that I back them in a spreadsheet, I tancally charge them to the system, either from a text file or copy and paste from my spreadsheet, because the system is not complicated when uploading, your inventory module is very easy, because when recounting articles that exist and their valuation can be executed simply, I like your script to transfer to customers accounts receivable, and keep accounts payable up to date, because I love moneyworks because it helped me to make the accounting of the organization more efficient and in so few steps. I do not like that the license is very expensive and does not include an ERP that also manages the part of human resources, although I can manage the payroll from this software, it would be great if you could manage the time, free hours and extra hours of the employees.
