**What do you like best about MoneyThumb?**

Nothing my experience was horrible and I had to fire them

**What do you dislike about MoneyThumb?**

Horrible from start to finish. Don at customer service sold me on their amazing customer service, being a family company etc, and gladly accepted my payment. After that once I was having a bunch of problems with the program, I could not get in touch with him again. He mis-managed my expectations from the very beginning, and was never transparent in his communications. Ultimately I just had to fire them because I couldn't  even get in touch with them knowing I was working on an urgent case.

**What do you like best about MoneyThumb?**

MoneyThumb is great service that provides an opportunity and unique way to convert all of our financial statements into representable format which helps for easy way for lenders to analyse and detect fraud using them.

**What do you dislike about MoneyThumb?**

Customer service is not very proper and needs to be improved at greater scale. Also, application sometimes tends to miss converted / processed files in desired container.

**What problems is MoneyThumb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MoneyThumb is helping lenders and creditors to check, analyse bank statements and determine whether receiver is eligible for loan and credit and accordingly helps identify fraud detection and prevention.
