It is strikingly quick to convert financial statment accurately into CSV format which helps in analysis and data managment. Time saving is done due to the straigth forward process and helps remove manual data entry. Helps in handeling large volume of financial information, and there is an organised , integratable output. There is a gap in handeling complex PDF layout and this is noticeble in scanned documents. which leads to erros in extraction of data. It helps in manually sorting financial data from PDF which saves a ungodly amount of time and manual labour. This also results in reducing errors while we manually enter data into spreadsheets. It is not difficult to use, it has a fairly simple interface, with tutorials that present all the characteristics of the product. I can convert my banking transactions files to XLS, XLSX, CSV Quickbooks and more quickly. I like how PDF2CSV understands transaction files and adapts them to a specific template. I can enter the year if it is not within the PDF and also allows me to select between two parser within the software. It is a software very limited only to banking activity and has few parsing methods, so it may not work for a large number of cases or some incompatibilities may arise.
