What do you dislike about MoneyBird? There is not a lot that I dislike. It is easy to use, the only thing that I would love to see is an app for the iPad. MoneyBird is a useful service for entrepreneurs allowing them to have a record of their finances by reporting and scanning invoices and keeping record of previous purchases. All finance information can be collected and saved by this service. Its ease of use and smooth interface save your time on accounting and is perfect for freelancers. Otherfeatures that make it much attractive are the automatic transactions and bank import. Clients get notification for every single detail. Also there is no more extra typing of data is needed. There come many obstacles in the path of MoneyBird which includes a little delay in bank payments. Thus it becomes hard to track the payment histories. Also the design is not that much sappealing. It is number one accounting software for expanding small businesses. Best results can be achieved by MoneyBird with easy workflows. Moneybird sounded too good to be true before we started using it, but once we implemented it our workflow and strategic financial planning have both improved. Moneybird is especially wonderful when working with clients abroad as they can access their information and invoicing instantly and see updates. Moneybird also notifies each party when changes are made which makes it easy to pay attention and follow up with clients. The financial overview it gives you of your business is invaluable. There are lots of invoicing programs out there (we use Quickbooks, Square Invoicing, and others in addition to Moneybird - all for different reasons and purposes), and one thing I have noticed is that Moneybird is a tiny bit slower than the others to integrate with the banks. It is perfect for my midsize organization and assists me with managing multiple account operations and tenders. Cash and all other transactions. My company always had problems in finance department because of lack of staff members not enough to aid in invoices quickly. When we started using money bird, it became our essential tool in the working environment. A breezy application for handling all of the transactions alone. Any client present far away in another continent can easily transfer money and get invoice of the products he brought. While using Money bird, we came to know that integration with the banks is slow and processing needs some time. Which put us in waiting and decreased the speed of work. The user interface is not appealing to the new customers and it should be fixed for attracting new consumers. The person cannot get hold of the transaction history and it bugs us even more.
