I like how I can make quick changes to my site that would otherwise require a time consuming code release. I also really like being able to easily test things on the site. Masking takes a while to work on the site which can be frustrating because I don't always know if I'm using a mask correctly. I end up having to wait and refresh the site multiple times before I can tell if it's working. Targeting based on location can also be a little glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Making small changes to the site that would otherwise require a time consuming code release - for example, store hours, misspellings, etc. We don't currently have the ability to release site changes on a timer so being able to set and end date and time on experiences is very helpful. How quick and reliable the product is. The company says it is built for speed and it really is! Among the 3rd party tools which we have integrated with our desktop and mobile sites as well as e-mail, Monetate provides the widest variety of applications. Moreover, the UI is very intuitive for the team to leverage, and the Monetate client services team is very proactive and responsive. The combination of these three strengths has made Monetate the go-to application whenever the team wants to get things done on the site , whether it is a test or not. We are cross-selling merchandise to improve ave order value, and we are targeting messaging to customers based on behavior and demo. We have increased the quantity of our testing, the speed of implementing tests and our conversion rate has increased significantly since we started using Monetate two years ago. A great tool that allows us to make immediate changes to our site which would otherwise take months, maybe even years. We can test ideas, identifying what works and what doesn't before implementing. The staff. They are great to work with , patient and very knowledgeable. They listen to feedback and are constantly working to improve their tool for their customers. It's a simple product that converts your site into a canvas ready to be adapted to your visitors needs. The implementation process it's simple and straightforward, once you've done it, Monetate gives you access to a set of tools to segment your visitors and create experiences based on who they are. I can't say it's perfect and that I like everything, there are somethings that need improvement, and Monetate's team communicates the incoming features with us -their users-.
