The interface, the support is top notch, they will get on a call and record a video to walk you through things. Overall it's easy to use and works perfectly for me and my team. I find monday CRM really easy to use and it's very simple to create a board, which is nice because it makes it feel like anyone can use it. The way you can set up calendars or have a visual layout is really helpful because it can change depending on what you want to do, and it's good at showing who is assigned to what. Creating a board is easy, you can just copy and paste a previous board and mold it to your liking, which is really helpful. Task-tracking is simple too, like just pressing 'I've done this task' or 'I'm working on it', providing a clear indication of where everyone is, which is really important with multiple people on a project. The transparency with who's working on what, who’s helping, and leaving comments on boards makes it clear where everyone is when it's used right.
