I can tailor these features to match how our departments work, rather than changing our processes to fit the software. I also find the custom dashboards incredibly useful since they provide a clear view of project tasks and key metrics, which makes it easy to track progress and identify priorities. Additionally, setting it up was quite easy since most of the documentation was readily available online, and the standard templates and simple bots helped us get up and running quickly.
