"Great for Managing Sales Pipelines and Business Processes"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like most about monday CRM is how customizable it is while still being easy to use. We use it to manage leads, sales pipelines, projects, and client workflows, and it's simple to tailor boards, views, and automations to match different business processes without needing custom development.

The automation features have probably had the biggest impact on my workflow. Repetitive tasks like updating statuses, creating follow-up items, sending notifications, and syncing data happen automatically, which saves a significant amount of manual work and reduces human error.

I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools. Connecting monday CRM with platforms like Make, Google Workspace, Outlook, and other business applications has allowed us to build end-to-end workflows instead of relying on disconnected systems.

The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to get up to speed quickly. Features like dashboards, timeline views, and customizable reports also make it much easier to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.

Overall, monday CRM has helped streamline our processes, improve collaboration across teams, and make our workflows much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One area where monday CRM could improve is the flexibility of some of its native automations and reporting features. While the built-in automation recipes cover many common use cases, more complex business processes often require third-party platforms like Make or custom API integrations to achieve the desired functionality.

Reporting and dashboards are useful, but creating highly customized or cross-board reports can sometimes be limiting compared to dedicated business intelligence tools. I would also like to see more advanced filtering and analytics available out of the box.

Another improvement would be expanding AI capabilities. The current AI features are promising, but I'd like to see them become more integrated into everyday CRM tasks, such as generating sales insights, identifying risks in pipelines, and providing smarter workflow recommendations.

Overall, these aren't deal-breakers, and the platform continues to evolve with regular updates. The strengths of monday CRM outweigh these limitations, but addressing them would make an already strong product even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"mondayCRM Makes Custom Workflows Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like about mondayCRM is how easy it is to customize around our unique workflows. We’re not boxed into traditional layouts or rigid pipelines, so we can set things up in a way that actually fits how we work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

-It’s difficult to connect updates across different items. For example, if I post an update for Contact A and Contact B from the same Company X, both updates should roll up into Company X’s updates section.

-The Emails and Activities area is also very restrictive: we can’t add comments, and we can’t link activities across different items.

-Finally, the workload graph isn’t intuitive enough.

- No solution for language barrier in the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use CRM with Plenty of Integrations and Fair Pricing"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Ease of use: it’s not overly complicated like a lot of other CRMs on the market. There are heaps of integrations available, which makes it easier to streamline processes and keep things running smoothly. Unlike other CRMs, they aren’t trying to increase your subscription fees every time you click on a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There isn’t really anything that stands out as a dislike. To be fair, I haven’t had the time to spend exploring potential features or looking for fixes for things we don’t currently have in place. That said, some of the templates for items like invoices and quotes feel quite basic. I know there are integrations, so there’s probably a solution there that I’m just not using yet, but it would still be great if the standard built-in templates looked more professional and covered the basic essentials out of the box. "Intuitive, Visual Pipeline with Powerful Customization and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The intuitive interface and visual pipeline make it easy to track leads and deals, and the automations take care of follow-ups and status updates so I don’t have to. It’s also highly customizable, which allows us to tailor our workflows to match exactly how our team operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The pricing is frustrating—many essential features, like advanced reporting and automations, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which gets expensive fast. On top of that, the reporting doesn’t have the depth you’d expect from more traditional CRMs, and customer support can sometimes feel slow and unhelpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Visual, Customizable monday CRM That Fits Sales Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What stands out most is how visual and customizable the platform is. Unlike a lot of CRMs that force you into a rigid structure, monday CRM lets us build pipelines and workflows that actually match how our sales process works, rather than the other way around. The board-based, colour-coded view makes it easy to see at a glance where every deal or lead sits, which has made team check-ins and forecasting much faster. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Honestly, no major complaints at this stage — it's been meeting our needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Board-Based Sales Funnel Management with Great Zapier Integration and Value"

What do you like best about monday CRM?

Easy to navigate and create different boards for different stages of our sales funnel, allowing us to link boards as well making information easy to find.

It also integrates easily with Zapier to capture our leads more efficiently and compared to other CRMS I've used it's super competitive on price and value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Would be handy to have a way to create a contact automatically from a board to store their email and phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Monday CRM: A Simple, Low-Cost Way to Track and Customize Your Sales Pipeline"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday CRM is a good starting point because it gives us a simple, low-cost way to start organizing sales without overcomplicating things. Instead of jumping into a big expensive CRM right away, we can bootstrap the process, build the structure we need, and improve it as we go.

For sales, the biggest value is that it lets us actually track what is happening. We can see who we contacted, what stage they are in, when to follow up, what deals are active, and where opportunities are getting stuck. That gives us data instead of guessing.

It is also easy to customize. We can build boards around our exact sales process: new leads, contacted, follow-up needed, proposal sent, won, lost, or revisit later. That makes it practical for day-to-day use, especially when we are still building out the sales system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Monday is great as a starter CRM, but it can get messy if everyone doesn’t use it the same way. Because it’s so customizable, you need discipline with stages, notes, follow-ups, and data entry, or the board can become cluttered fast.

It also isn’t as advanced as a full sales CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce. Some things like deep reporting, email tracking, contact history, automation, and forecasting may not be as smooth unless you build them out properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and User-Friendly with Minor Performance Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I like using monday CRM because it keeps everything in one place, making it easier for team members from different departments to see relevant information without having to go through multiple sources. This really helps to reduce the duplication of work, so when an accountant needs information from a sales rep, it's already there. The user-friendly interface is a big plus, as it's easy to navigate and makes understanding the workflow of the software simple. I find the interface clean and clear, making it easy on the eyes and easy to locate the information required. The initial setup of monday CRM was very easy and simple, which was a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Sometimes the CRM feels slow and clogged. It takes time to load the information, and there's a delay between the keystroke and the action happening, especially when switching between different information frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Integration and Excellent Automated Responses"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love the intuitive way of generating boards in monday CRM and its integration with other platforms. I find it really useful how email information automatically arrives on a board, which allows for concentrating information and not losing track. Additionally, the automated responses to clients and prospects using AI are very good. The initial setup of monday CRM was also quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I only have the issue that to automate my emails they must be from Microsoft or Google, and if I have my own mail server, I cannot integrate them into the automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Single Source of Truth That Streamlines Our Sales Process Without Chasing My Team"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

With monday CRM, I don't have to open spreadsheet and ask for updates because it has a single source of truth. The board view makes it easy to track every property from "New lead" all the way to "Closed" without micromanaging.

I would recommend monday CRM to a CEO or Sales Leader which ease up your work and match your actual sales process.

Give it 2weeks and you'll wounder how you operated without that live dashboard view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

We had to map our real estate process into boards first, but once it is done adoption is easy with clean interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
