"Streamlined Organization, But Setup Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I use monday CRM mainly to keep all my leads and artist conversations organized in one place, which helps to segregate and keep track of them, especially regarding which conversation pipeline they are in. The biggest benefit has been the clarity and structured workflow, resulting in less of a mental load and more visualization of engagements with collectors and artists. I personally like how easy it is to understand everything at a glance. The visual boards and pipeline make it easy to know where my leads and deals stand. It's also customizable, allowing me to change stage fields and automation, which is another strong point for me as I don’t have to switch platforms for that. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I think the reporting is not as great as it's supposed to be. The reporting is decent, but if you want very deep analytics or highly advanced sales forecasting, it can feel basic compared to some other enterprise CRM. Another thing is that some advanced features are locked into higher pricing tiers, so if my team grows, the cost can rise significantly faster than expected. Not at all easy, definitely not easy. "Effortless Organization and Collaboration with Monday CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday CRM stands out for its simple and visual design that helps teams stay organized and connected. You can easily manage leads, contacts, and projects in one place while seeing progress in real time. The system allows you to create custom boards that fit your workflow, making it easy to track churches, partners, or events without getting lost in complicated tools.

It also offers strong collaboration and automation features that save time. Team members can comment, tag each other, and share files directly on each board. Automated reminders and email integrations help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, while dashboards give quick insight into performance and outreach efforts. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Monday CRM can get costly if your team needs more features or extra users. Some people find the mobile app less smooth than the desktop version. - YEs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best strategic move in our business to date!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

That we can enjoy a fully functional CRM and project management platform all in the one spot... we can cancel at least 2 other subscriptions and don't need to login to more than one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Knowing what features are called when building out workflows... can be a little trial and error to find the right combination. Also, the Dashboard displays are not as useful as we'd hoped... we'd like to build a client-friendly dashboard that supports URLS so we can export it and send to clients as a PDF. "Monday.com Helps us stay organized and aligned as a team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

We’ve been using Monday.com to manage our day-to-day work, and it’s made a real difference for our team.

It keeps everything organized, well-documented, and visible, so it’s much easier to stay aligned and on top of tasks. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes adoption across the team very smooth.

I also really like the integrations—it connects well with other tools we use and helps reduce manual work by keeping everything in sync.

Next step for us is bringing AI into the workflows, which I think will be a game changer in terms of automation and insights.

Overall, Monday.com has become a key part of how we run our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Monday isn't perfect. It takes time to set things up properly, and without a clear structure, it can get messy pretty quickly. Also, some of the more useful features are locked behind higher plans, so costs can add up as the team grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Pipeline Visibility and Confident Forecasting with Monday CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Before Monday CRM, it was difficult to get a complete picture of our opportunities and active work. Now, we have real-time visibility into potential projects, projects currently underway, and our future pipeline. The platform has streamlined our processes, improved accountability, and given us confidence in our forecasting and resource planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One of the biggest challenges with Monday CRM is that its greatest strength - customization - can also be a drawback. The platform is incredibly flexible, but getting it configured to match our business processes required a significant investment of time and effort. We spent months refining workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting, and ultimately hired a developer to help us fully implement our vision. While the end result has been worth it, organizations should be prepared for a substantial setup and learning curve if they want to take full advantage of everything the platform has to offer. ""A fast, highly intuitive CRM that keeps workflows seamlessly integrated."
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about monday CRM is its highly visual and intuitive interface, which makes it incredibly easy for the team to adopt compared to traditional, rigid CRMs. Additionally, its powerful no-code automation builder and endless customization options allow us to tailor pipelines and eliminate manual data entry in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

First, it is built on top of a project management platform, meaning it lacks some native, heavy-duty sales features out of the box. Setting up advanced sales tools, like deep data enrichment, complex territory management, or multi-currency reporting, requires a lot of manual configuration and workarounds.

Second, the pricing structure can be frustrating. Monday.com enforces strict user-seat tiers (like buying access for groups of 3, 5, or 10 users). This means if you only need to add one extra sales rep to your team, you are often forced to pay for an entire higher tier of unused seats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Flexible Platform with Strong Automations, Reporting, and Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Very flexible product, it can be used for so many different solutions and has good automations, reporting and integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

As it is so big, it is beyond me to and there are a lot of small changes you can do to each section, which can make it feel a bit over whelming but there is good help from external suppliers connected with Monday who can help mould for you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface and Efficient Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I like that monday CRM is fairly intuitive to use and offers automation features that help me be more efficient. The automation saves me time, and I'm experimenting with agents to increase efficiency further. The platform offers some flexibility with different ways to complete similar tasks. I also appreciate the comfortable user interface for daily use. As a graphic designer, I value the good user interface and experience, which makes monday CRM user-friendly compared to the product we moved from, 17 Hats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I'd prefer a more granulated pricing structure that would allow me to add features that I don't have right now, without having to slide up to a whole new tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Workflows and Great Tracking, but Limited Chat, Integrations, and AI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The customizability and project workflow. It works for both simple and more complex projects alike, and the dedicated comments section makes it easy to keep everything tracked within the platform. It’s also easy to add doc links within the given fields, which helps when these are critical to the nature of a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There are some limitations, especially when it comes to chat, integration with other apps, and AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Boards and AI Automations, but Also Some Cons"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best is probably the overall organization. The color-coating and different status types make things feel organized. I also like the AI automations feature since it helps to make everything flow well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It can get a little complicated to figure out some of the setup/automations. Trying to get information to properly duplicate between boards can get complex. The thing I dislike the most about the CRM is that we were told it integrates with Outlook. They left out the part that it doesn't work with our version of Outlook. It only integrates with a specific version of Outlook. We can work around it, except that every "email and activity" screen is designed for the integration. I have to remind our users that they can't click "new email" or "schedule meeting" because we don't actually have that option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
