The user interface is especially simple and easy to navigate. The simplicity of the system is logical and also easy to achieve your desired task. The introduction of the chat bots has been game changing. They can create anything you need by simply chatting about it. It performs well consistently. It is a system whereby you can basically teach yourself and requires no onboarding. It also speaks directly to emails and Claude so the integrations are very helpful. What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? it's allowing our teams to collaborate across business units. It allows remote work to occur and still always be updated. It is providing a platform for all client information to be housed and tracked. We are going to roll it out to be used for procurement as well as a hub to track our supplier information.
