I like the ability to create and copy boards in Monday Work Management. It eliminates setup time and redundancy by allowing me to easily copy board structures I like to use. This helps maintain standardization of formats and functionality across different boards. I also like that I can easily manage user access on a board-by-board basis and easily add automations--which really streamline my workflow. Monday Work Management has been great for collaborative work and is very intuitive. The ability to have a Gantt Chart view is also important in our business. Sharing information with people who aren't already familiar with the platform or using monday Work Management can be frustrating. Team members who don't already have a monday Work Management account or external stakeholders, like third-party collaborators, can't really be brought into my monday.com environment. This means those communications have to stay through email or other means, and I then have to manually transcribe them into monday Work Management to keep track on my end. I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

I think that so many shades of colors, options, and fonts can be overwhelming for a new user. They would have to learn slowly because there are not few options.
