I think the quickness of the response could be improved in monday Work Management. I would like features like the chat room for the teammates and creating a group or a mainstream group for the community around the workstation to work more efficiently and enhance communication faster. I like monday Work Management because it's a single place where we can all collaborate on the status of a project and tasks. It's also really easy to set up. It's a pretty buggy platform overall, with low stability compared to other similar project management software I have used. I've even had things like the My Work page just not load at all, even after a computer restart and clearing my browser cookies. I like that monday Work Management works great on my desktop. When I open the notes section, all of the columns that the info has been entered into populate into the notes form for me. I've had a lot of issues with monday Work Management on the mobile version. Pretty much everything on the mobile version stalls, hangs, and doesn't fill things in properly. I can't open and see certain things on mobile, and this has been a persistent problem with an open ticket that hasn't been resolved for months. What I find frustrating about the monday AI Work Platform is how much manual setup it takes before the AI can actually do its job. If your data is messy or your workflows aren’t already well structured, you can end up spending a lot of time cleaning up boards, tagging fields, and fixing your taxonomy just to get things ready. Monday has an extremely user-friendly appearance, from the initial log-in to the departmental and responsibility-driven home screens. Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans.

Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well. If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence. I like how monday Work Management helps me organize all the builder, contractor, and customer information for my flooring company jobs. The customization of columns to include important details and the ability to create groups and automations to move projects through different stages are a big plus. It keeps our 14 team members on track, making the client handoff very clean from one member to the next. I appreciate the space it provides to track information and save time when sharing information between team members. The ability to access monday on both computers and mobile devices like phones and tablets helps me stay organized and up-to-date with what I'm doing. Notifications are pretty important to me when someone creates an update that I'm involved in, and the level of customization available allows us to tailor the software to meet our specific needs. I wish we could integrate monday Work Management with third-party apps like Apple Reminders so that I can set up and control reminders on my phone rather than duplicating the information. I've also noticed some glitchiness when trying to use the phone app to make changes to lines. Some things don't work or don't have an option for edits that I would normally make on a computer.
