I might not know enough, but I would like a better dashboard experience. I just don't find the dashboard to be very helpful. I would like to see our current projects and be able to filter by the different accounts. I'd like to create one dashboard based off my main table where I can filter different clients and see the projects organized by status. And I'd like to have more say in how they look visually by using different colors, based on the brand guidelines of our clients, so that we can share them with our clients. The clean design and drag and drop functions allows all our teams to use the platform to track work items, and follow ups. The dashboards are great and allow us to easily view and track key metrics across our globally disbursed team. We also use Monday to structure and run our team meetings and the integration of the AI notetaker has made this process even more powerful as we get follow up items and meeting summaries directly integrated into one platform. I use monday Work Management to keep our marketing and events team organized. It helps us plan campaigns, assign tasks, track deadlines, and manage our day-to-day workload. I really appreciate its streamlined boards with recurring tasks, approvals, and status updates, which improve team collaboration in a fast-paced manner. It becomes a single source of truth for information on projects, deadlines, and priorities across the team, solving the problem of fragmentation across emails, messages, and spreadsheets. I love Monday.com’s simple yet effective user interface, which makes onboarding new employees a breeze.
