The user interface is very friendly as well. The platform rarely has downtime, and when it does happen, I quickly check the monday STATUS website to confirm whether it’s an issue the monday team is already working on and to follow the solutions being implemented.

I also really like the automations and the templates; they’re helpful and genuinely useful.

When it comes to pricing, I think it’s fair, especially since my company benefits from the non-profit discount, which makes a big difference for us. Without the discount, I don’t think we would be able to afford such a complete management platform.

Whenever we need support, the support staff helps us quickly, especially when we have questions or need to adjust details related to payment and billing. I’m usually the person at my company who reaches out to support.

As for integrations, I have to admit we don’t use any integrated tools.

Regarding AI, i've tried using the Vibe to create an app with Monday's AI.

I'm a land investor and I use Monday on all my business aspects, starting with tracking our inventory and tracking our deals, and it's very easy to track everything, all in one place. easy to use with plenty of features that are very easy to personalize as required.

The UI is easy to use, and there are so many ways to manage data that it’s almost crazy. I haven’t had any performance issues so far. The integrations with Gmail and my Skylight calendar are amazing and make it much easier to stay on top of things. The price is much lower than comparable systems, and there are a lot of options to tailor it to your own use. I’ve also had only good experiences with support.
