Pretty much everything on the mobile version stalls, hangs, and doesn't fill things in properly. I can't open and see certain things on mobile, and this has been a persistent problem with an open ticket that hasn't been resolved for months. Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans. Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well. If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence. I like how monday Work Management helps me organize all the builder, contractor, and customer information for my flooring company jobs. The customization of columns to include important details and the ability to create groups and automations to move projects through different stages are a big plus. It keeps our 14 team members on track, making the client handoff very clean from one member to the next. I appreciate the space it provides to track information and save time when sharing information between team members. The ability to access monday on both computers and mobile devices like phones and tablets helps me stay organized and up-to-date with what I'm doing. Notifications are pretty important to me when someone creates an update that I'm involved in, and the level of customization available allows us to tailor the software to meet our specific needs. I like that I can share a link to the dashboard for others to review key information at their convenience and that I can schedule automated PDFs to go out to stakeholders regularly. I feel way less stressed just by being able to keep track of everything in one place. One limitation I’ve noticed with monday.com Work Management is that while it’s very flexible, it can sometimes become overly complex as workflows scale. As more boards, automations, and integrations are added, it can be challenging to maintain consistency and clarity across teams. Without strong governance or standardized structures, different teams may end up using the platform in very different ways. That said, I think this is more of a process challenge than a platform issue. With clear internal guidelines and thoughtful setup, this can be managed effectively. This creates delays and misalignment, especially when decisions depend on multiple teams. monday brings all these workflows into one platform, allowing us to track timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities in real time. The benefit is that I can quickly identify bottlenecks, prioritize critical tasks, and ensure that teams stay aligned without constant follow-ups. I like the ability to create and copy boards in Monday Work Management. It eliminates setup time and redundancy by allowing me to easily copy board structures I like to use. This helps maintain standardization of formats and functionality across different boards. I also like that I can easily manage user access on a board-by-board basis and easily add automations--which really streamline my workflow. Monday Work Management has been great for collaborative work and is very intuitive. The ability to have a Gantt Chart view is also important in our business.
