Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans. Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well. If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence. I like how monday Work Management helps me organize all the builder, contractor, and customer information for my flooring company jobs. The customization of columns to include important details and the ability to create groups and automations to move projects through different stages are a big plus. It keeps our 14 team members on track, making the client handoff very clean from one member to the next. I appreciate the space it provides to track information and save time when sharing information between team members. The ability to access monday on both computers and mobile devices like phones and tablets helps me stay organized and up-to-date with what I'm doing. Notifications are pretty important to me when someone creates an update that I'm involved in, and the level of customization available allows us to tailor the software to meet our specific needs. I wish we could integrate monday Work Management with third-party apps like Apple Reminders so that I can set up and control reminders on my phone rather than duplicating the information. I've also noticed some glitchiness when trying to use the phone app to make changes to lines. Some things don't work or don't have an option for edits that I would normally make on a computer. I love the interface and simplicity of monday Work Management; a little bit of configuration goes a long way. I appreciate being able to quickly create dashboards and send PDFs, which saves me at least an hour of reporting every week. I like that I can share a link to the dashboard for others to review key information at their convenience and that I can schedule automated PDFs to go out to stakeholders regularly. I feel way less stressed just by being able to keep track of everything in one place. I wish I could condense the size of items to take up less space and show less information for a quicker overview. I like the ability to create and copy boards in Monday Work Management. It eliminates setup time and redundancy by allowing me to easily copy board structures I like to use. This helps maintain standardization of formats and functionality across different boards. I also like that I can easily manage user access on a board-by-board basis and easily add automations--which really streamline my workflow. Monday Work Management has been great for collaborative work and is very intuitive. The ability to have a Gantt Chart view is also important in our business. I find monday Work Management easy to use, and I appreciate the automations. I like that I can color code things, which is important for me because my brain works in colors, so it helps me tell at a glance what I need to work on. The direct communication feature saves me time, allowing me to send messages without manually typing an email. These features not only keep me organized but also reduce manual work, saving me time and making it more likely to keep track of project details without dropping the ball. Sharing information with people who aren't already familiar with the platform or using monday Work Management can be frustrating. Team members who don't already have a monday Work Management account or external stakeholders, like third-party collaborators, can't really be brought into my monday.com environment. This means those communications have to stay through email or other means, and I then have to manually transcribe them into monday Work Management to keep track on my end. I think it's such a vast, helpful tool. Once you look try the different tools, filters, views, etc. you really can make tracking/implementing/trafficking/organizing so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform? I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. It’s helping our cross-functional teams work smarter together. That said, I still think there’s a HUGE learning curve, especially as our teams have grown so much over the last 5 years I’ve been using it at this company. There are definitely more opportunities for basic Monday trainings with our corporate teams, particularly as part of the onboarding process, and that should be a baseline expectation. For me personally, I use it literally every single day at work.
