I love Monday.com’s simple yet effective user interface, which makes onboarding new employees a breeze. A lot of other project management software can be difficult to navigate, but Monday.com feels intuitive and natural for our team. The wide selection of integrations keeps helping us find new ways to streamline our work, and the built-in AI tools have been an absolute game changer. It’s boosted our performance more than we expected, and now we can’t imagine working without it. We use Monday.com for project management, HR, CRM, inventory control, and dispatch. Because of that, we’ve been able to replace at least three separate software applications and save a significant amount of money. Their customer support is always helpful, and there's a wealth of knowledge on the Monday Community Forum. I like that monday Work Management works great on my desktop. When I open the notes section, all of the columns that the info has been entered into populate into the notes form for me. I am also able to open contracts on the desktop. This makes it valuable as it helps me keep organized, manage our workflow, and coordinate clients with their photographer. Pretty much everything on the mobile version stalls, hangs, and doesn't fill things in properly. I can't open and see certain things on mobile, and this has been a persistent problem with an open ticket that hasn't been resolved for months. Additionally, the initial setup was overwhelming, making me feel like I wanted to give up. I almost wish I had picked something else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What stands out most about the monday AI Work Platform is how naturally it fits into my day-to-day workflows, rather than feeling like yet another tool I have to manage. Its AI agents take on repetitive, heavy-lifting work—like organizing data and automatically routing projects across boards—so I don’t have to. Thanks to the simple no-code features, anyone on the team can set up smart automations that match how we actually work. What I find frustrating about the monday AI Work Platform is how much manual setup it takes before the AI can actually do its job. If your data is messy or your workflows aren’t already well structured, you can end up spending a lot of time cleaning up boards, tagging fields, and fixing your taxonomy just to get things ready.
