I love that I can connect with the MCP, with my copilot, and with Claude to give an extra layer. The Claude connection is valuable right now because I'm running all my project meetings using Otter as a transcribed tool, and I use that to put together my scoping documents. I've also connected it to the boards I'm working on so it can check the progress and my to-do lists from the meetings, in terms of specifications and lots of conversation around process and workflows. I can capture that, put it into Claude, then push it through to monday Work Management, create task lists, create actual automations and other elements of boards, which is really good. We use it for project management, work flows and general day to day operations here in our technology department. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** In the past, Monday suffered from some instability issues. Those seem to have been resolved over the last 18 months or so. That was, honestly, my only complaint about Monday. **What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monday helps us to stay organized and on task. As mentioned we lean heavily on Monday for our project management. In any given academic year, we will have as many as 75 big projects. Monday is highly adaptable and flexible to show the data and workflows that we need. That has increased with the introduction of AI to help us with those normally mundane tasks. ### 43. This was a very inefficient system. With monday.com everything needed to complete a job is included in the system. No manually transferring data or searching for attachments. Plus, there are auto-generated reminders about deadlines to keep the project on track. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** Updates messages are only populated from users in the system. Responses from people who are not users on the board do not appear there. It would be helpful to have both the outgoing messages and responses in that panel. **What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monday.com keeps my work schedule on track and helps me manage requests not only by deadline but also by the scope and urgency of the job requests. ### 45. It's been so helpful for the price. ### 46. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace.
