The whole sales team can keep track of their prospects and leads in one place. I can check in and see in real time what they are doing. Notes can be left on each prospect. Automations can be created to update follow up dates. Navigating monday Work Management is smooth and easy. I am able to make boards private or share them across the entire team. It seems to handle a heavy workload just fine. Right now we have over 3000 prospects/leads in it and it has not slowed down at all. Monday Work Management is incredibly intuitive for new users, while still offering several in-depth processes and tools for more experienced users. It’s exceptionally easy to build just about any type of data-management board for a wide variety of projects. I’ve been able to track hundreds of projects at the same time without sacrificing time or quality. The ability to leverage gen AI to help optimize workflow just by chatting with it through a sidebar on any board is a game changer. Being able to assign tasks to specific team members and connecting responses through the built in logic has been essential for maintaining efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The support options have been amazing as well. Quick response times, and I even encountered a situation where one of the operators recorded an entire video explaining how to resolve a unique issue. I've had no issues integrating my boards into external projects through the ability to simply export and convert them into Excel docs. Not to mention zero performance issues, no data loss, or stuttering. I'm loyal to this software for all my projects moving forward. Pricing across the board seems to be well worth the software. My only real issue has been during the interactions with AI while trying to refine and make updates to an existing work form. Generative AI can often fumble simple instructions, and the more you try to explain the desired resolution, the more it repeats the mistakes. It has been very easy for me to create fairly complex chains of automations, updates, etc., for both internal usage as well as bringing subcontractors into the processes. It has also been helpful in its ability to integrate with existing programs and software to optimize work and to smooth transitions for users that are unfamiliar with Monday. The managed board templates make things easier to make changes for all of the subcontractors at once, but the experience is a little clunky. It provides clear visibility into progress, makes collaboration across teams much more efficient, and helps ensure that deadlines and responsibilities are easy to track. It can be difficult and time-consuming to locate them, especially when managing a large number of projects.
