I like that I can color code things, which is important for me because my brain works in colors, so it helps me tell at a glance what I need to work on. The direct communication feature saves me time, allowing me to send messages without manually typing an email. These features not only keep me organized but also reduce manual work, saving me time and making it more likely to keep track of project details without dropping the ball. Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company. UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users. AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces. Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution. I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking. The ability to customize in depth is something I value a lot, as I can choose the columns and statuses for better organization. I also appreciate how it allows me to set deadlines and see the status of each project directly on the boards, which makes tracking easier without needing to click on the project. What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform? I think that so many shades of colors, options, and fonts can be overwhelming for a new user. They would have to learn slowly because there are not few options. Although it's a good sign, from scratch it feels frustrating not to be able to handle it well because having so much is overwhelming. The only downside I can think of is that I’m not using Monday.com to its fullest. It feels like there are so many other things I could automate or incorporate to help me run more efficiently, and I’m probably missing a lot of what it can do. I just wish there were an easy way to dive into Monday.com and really learn its true potential. Also, I wish it could send texts, not just emails and notifications. The dashboard for our top producers is supposed to let me filter and view quarterly results, but it’s really wonky and doesn’t filter correctly. However, with the new AI Monday.com is bringing in, I can stay right in the board and ask AI questions there, and it can pull and analyze the data for me easily.
