What do you like best?

Easy browsing, difficult to navigate, convenient to use and easily available. I like the x-mas animation, too, I'm encouraged when I'm at work to get more donne. I also want to talk with my colleague through Monday, allowing me to stay professional and never use social media for conversation related to the workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I didn't find anything I do not like about Monday until now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This seems to be an excellent project in your financial institution to learn and enact that investments are worthwhile. You don't have to pass on the whole tool that is available on a single website via PC, mac or mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My colleagues and I can easily access a common calendar, we too can add our replies and receive easy notification if everything new is added. The reality that you would add shareholders to a proposal is also very beneficial, so for some projects that we don't work on, designers never get undesirable notification. I have also placed a time sheet tab so that staff can effectively begin writing one‘s moment on the tools they are now used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

There are a couple of things that I love about monday.com. The first is that I can automate tasks to be more comfortable when doing other activities. The second is that I can organize my projects in an easy and orderly way. I also like your support to worry about responding to my requests on time, as well as being very intuitive, easy to use and with a relatively accessible price to the public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that the program contains a sidebar to include information or task parameters, I feel that this makes what you want to show something cumbersome. In addition to this, I have nothing more to say, just that and I hope they improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It really complies with what is established and that is why we continue to use it daily. We can organize a lot of organization and it is excellent for the management of our projects. It has a lot of intuition when using it and you will undoubtedly love this as well as all the advantages mentioned above. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since we implement it in the company we use it to maintain control and order of our weekly activities. The workers are under strict control of our planning thanks to monday.com. In turn this has brought us benefits of greater time savings and optimized workflow because we can have total control of some departments. It is amazing to automate tasks when we are traveling. What do you like best?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Les sugiero que contraten la versión de prueba y la ajusten a sus necesidades, así como las de su equipo, y en caso de ver que es lo que necesitan contratela. Es super sencillo configurarla. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the way that Monday visually breaks down tasks. Changing things around and sorting is so simple. Being able to create buttons for status and adding sub-items for each task makes keeping up with status a breeze. Every team member can see what is going on with a client's project, update in real-time, and comment. You can check if your comment has been seen and by whom. Communication is the key to success! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I think that there should be an interface that is easier to read and manipulate from my work phone on the go. Since there are team members working on construction sights, it is a bit difficult for them to navigate easier to get basic info quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving every problem we come to with Monday.com. I think the lack of client contribution is what is still slowing us down. Collecting client data would be easier if there were some sort of app where they could sign up and submit their info and perhaps get a visual of where their project status is. We are being constantly bothered by clients to know when their permits are approved and what their project timeline looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The simple use of the dynamical style is the best thing about this method. The apps help people to personalize and function as you wish. It has many tools. The automation engine helps triggers and motifs to be recognized and provides many predefined automations. For obvious reasons, we automate prompts and recalls, so I love to come to the dashboard. I still like roles like kanban boards, communication teams, slack expandings and so on. The nice structure and the entire complexity of the job you will do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Often they have unusual design bugs, you need more continuity and fewer development trials. The colorous style was not pleasing and unprofessional for some colleagues. Even the tool may be challenging for some users with multiple customizing choices. People need to go very far in order to use the substance as directly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Only pass the exam to get all the learners involved. It can have a consultant from Monday.com or a consultant who wants to make the best of the brand. Monday.com offers every member of the team the degree of accountability and autonomy. It's nice to have agile development and strategies experience, to be careful and to try every platform, Monday.com does not clarify all of the functionality at times, but it's very helpful to try to do it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a very flexible tool for growth. We use them to manage, coordinate and manage the campaign. The biggest advantage is the technology chassis, which makes repetitive tasks save everybody a lot of time. Inventory backlogs, scrum track and product creation, typically the company works with Monday.com on a regular basis. A single 50-person system of ten separate departments is much simpler to share. To attach this computer, navigate and then see what I do was simply awesome. The activities are done directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Flexibility - it allows the creation of Boards (tables) with a broad array of data types

Interconnectivity - it allows data from a connected board to be used elsewhere

Dashboards - provide ability to summate data in a single place

Support - unbelievably quick responses from a team who always try to solve your problems (no RTM as a first response) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Lack of relational database features - I'm being picky but my biggest gripe is the lack of an ability to link boards in a One-to-Many relationship and then roll up data into a Summary / Total on the base Board. There are ways to get the data but not directly onto the base Board - which limits the usefulness of the product - but it is on the roadmap I believe so that's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If using in a corporate setting make sure you have clear guidelines for use. Users can proliferate Boards which contain identical data which can reduce usefulness or at least increase effort when summating data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's greatly simplified dashboard / project reporting and provides a great way to track actions and replace stand-alone registers (that might have been on Excel) with a more interactive and shareable system. It improves visibility as well as providing a full audit trail of changes made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Custom columns and line editing, and allocate a job to other people. The possibility to edit almost anything. In addition, the workflow solutions for recurring tasks are outstanding. I love the numerous boards' visual. I like the prospect of developing multiple dashboard views, like cabin, calendar, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Would you want to include subtasks below functions. You can apply notes to a mission, but it's not the same thing. You can't make the board show classes individually, I don't like that. I would also like column and not all over to monitor the status. I want to see more detail about the status changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You can't even go wrong. Try the free trial and in two weeks you can see whether or not it is sufficient for your business. I will do this to physically present the business operations and keep an eye on multiple movable pieces. It's not a CRM, so I would use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been fixing the software monitoring issue for consumers. As I could see all the steps from buying to going online, I loved to tell you at a glance who was on board and the opportunity to place people in different roles. Good for collaborating with team mates on projects and getting everyone on the same page as us. This has historically been a difficult problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Both very customizable to your particular project needs and at the same time quite easy and intuitive.

User interface is pleasing visually.

Very collaborative - good notification, task assignment, and information sharing possibilities.

It is easy to switch from the list view (default), and other views such as kanban, Gantt or calendar views.

Offers lots of 'automation' possibilities that are easy to set up and allow you to customize the board to your specific needs (who to notify when and how, when to archive old items, etc).

Almost limitless possibilities to set up your own customized boards, tailored to your particular project needs.

Can be used for task management, reporting, managing updates with clients, prioritizing items, planning tasks, discussing contents of tasks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not a lot of features are available with the first two levels of subscription. Need to get to the third level of subscription to access great features such as dashboards for example.

Other than that, not a lot I do not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a collaborative workflow management tool with ease of use and great flexibility, definitely give it a look.

One thing I like about this tool: you can start small and then grow with it. Start with one or two small business applications or projects, with minimal setup, and then grow it to make it your true WorkOS. for all or most projects, including your clients and partners. Advantageously replaces (or complements, depending), 'old' tools such as Sharepoint for example, or just simply the old email, messaging, and exchange of documents through 'traditional' means. This tool brings you the true power of cloud collaboration with almost none of the complexities.

If you are a small company, their pricing structure can be a bit intimidating at first, but it's worth getting over that. Consider the 'pro' price plan to be able to use features such as automation and dashboards without limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The key value of Monday is to facilitate collaborative project and task management. Providing all stakeholders access to all relevant information and the ability to update and exchange information in a very intuitive and at the same time very customized fashion.

Tasks that would have previously required setting up and exchanging long sets of emails and messages, with various attached documents can advantageously be replaced with much more dynamic, useful and collaborative Monday boards.

I use Monday to manage digital marketing, web design and new venture projects as well as on-going activities. We use the default, timeline, and kanban views, depending on needs. Also the dashboard function to provide an overview of project status at a glance. Every board (task list, project status, issue management, prioritization, status on budgets, social media campaigns, etc.) can be shared with internal and external client team members. They can manage individual tasks or entire boards. The notification function of Monday makes it easy to notify relevant stakeholders of updates.

The fact that it is multi-platform (desktop, mobile, tablet) is an additional plus.

A key benefit is time savings compared to previous approaches to collaborate and share information. Another benefit is improving the quality of information exchange, making it easier to involve the right persons at the right time.

In comparison with other popular tools, I liked Monday for its flexibility and great customizability. I also like the fast responsiveness of the client service team and the fact that new features and integrations are regularly added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Quick to setup and no software required as this is all online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Poor customer services and they overcharge automatically. Our account increased by 1 user so instead of upgrading us within the current plan from 25 to 30 users they automatically move you to a new plan on 50 users licenses which doubled our monthly payment from £250 - £470 over night. We did get a 4 day warning however I had contacted support every day for 4 days telling them not to upgrade and switch to 30 users but guess what !! they didn't. Day 5 I raise this again to be told to email support and get this downgraded? Been doing this for 7 days now without any look and no telephone support. Currently downloading boards in preparation to switch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was trying to solve time by getting everyone celebrating on the same online board but this is creating more time then I'm saving because of their poor customer services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I'm happy to see the dashboards of my teammates to identify where I can be useful and how my schedule can follow. I want to see and interact with team members visually. I want the gui to be so easy to use, so the building experience runs seamlessly. I really appreciate that automations help you to handle background projects, which is so important to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there is just a few minor things where I do not like, and can still be changed. It still seems a little clunky to me to arrange the workspaces, the panels before the favourites, etc. I'm more happy with the workspace changes than before, but I think there's a little redesign in the navigation panel. I hope that you can continue to develop the use of this method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Benefit from the free trial and create a uniform dashboard framework for the squad. In order to continue, this will remove some pressure. Take time to play apps and lie back and play. It's so special that there are so many options that you can take advantage of the time to set everything where you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We collaborate with our customers on large project boards. We can also keep an ease-of-use track of KPIs at the department and business level. It is also better to hear about the work undertaken by others and the consequences of the programs. Continuous projects and ties to others are easy to review. What do you like best?

The layout allows me to manage my own projects at-a-glance while collaborating with my team to ensure a smooth work process. I really love the customization of the tabs and the three board categories. I'm able to organize my content calendar, ongoing team projects and make a grocery list to share with my significant other all within this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish that the boards used a “tab” key function as in excel. I use one of my boards to transfer a TON of information into at once and having to press enter and then return to the mouse to click the next field is a micro-motions that just ends up costing me efficiency. I also had issues with importing data when we moved from Trello to DaPulse. The layouts offered just didn't work very well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great for collaboration and tracking tasks with due dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The visual style of the product is structured enough to encourage continuity between boards but flexible enough to let my team use it however it works best for them.

I am able to organize tasks by whatever metric I choose and quickly prioritize and keep my team updated on what I'm working on. I currently find this most helpful for scheduling social media content. I manage 56 facebook pages for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
