There are a couple of things that I love about monday.com. The first is that I can automate tasks to be more comfortable when doing other activities. The second is that I can organize my projects in an easy and orderly way. I also like your support to worry about responding to my requests on time, as well as being very intuitive, easy to use and with a relatively accessible price to the public. I do not like that the program contains a sidebar to include information or task parameters, I feel that this makes what you want to show something cumbersome. In addition to this, I have nothing more to say, just that and I hope they improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

En el departamento de TI necesitábamos de una herramienta para organizar nuestros proyectos, y Monday fue una excelente opción. Como una gran ventaja podemos ver que cuenta con una versión demo con algunos días de duración. Es sencillo entender la plataforma, en unos pocos minutos y practicando podrás experimentar la mayoría de las funciones. Las columnas son personalizables y tienen muchas maneras de personalizarlas, cuentan con toda clase de funciones. Hubo una que no encontré y fue sencillo sugerirles que agregaran cierta función. Nunca he tenido necesidad de utilizar el servicio al cliente salvo una ocasión en que hubo una situación con la facturación, pero en sí todo resultó bien. Cuando llevé la plataforma al equipo fue sencillo que la adoptaran y esa es una característica maravillosa de la plataforma. Un aspecto que amo de Monday es el visual, me encanta trabajar con ese aspecto limpio y claro. Definitivamente recomiendo Monday a todos. En general me gustó la plataforma, incluso en su versión móvil sin embargo apreciaría poder tener invitados con más características de esta forma poder unir a nuestros proveedores sin tener que comprarles una cuenta, así como a los dueños de los proyectos. Quizá gratis 2 invitados por proyecto no les haría daño y mejoraría el flujo de actividades. Algo que no me agrada de la plataforma es que al invitar a alguien y hacerlo de forma incorrecta automáticamente se cambia el plan, y aunque es sencillo retractar eso, es un tanto incómodo tener que estar con cuidado. I like the way that Monday visually breaks down tasks. Changing things around and sorting is so simple. Being able to create buttons for status and adding sub-items for each task makes keeping up with status a breeze. Every team member can see what is going on with a client's project, update in real-time, and comment. You can check if your comment has been seen and by whom. Communication is the key to success! I think that there should be an interface that is easier to read and manipulate from my work phone on the go. Since there are team members working on construction sights, it is a bit difficult for them to navigate easier to get basic info quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simple use of the dynamical style is the best thing about this method. The apps help people to personalize and function as you wish. It has many tools. The automation engine helps triggers and motifs to be recognized and provides many predefined automations. For obvious reasons, we automate prompts and recalls, so I love to come to the dashboard. Often they have unusual design bugs, you need more continuity and fewer development trials. The colorous style was not pleasing and unprofessional for some colleagues. Even the tool may be challenging for some users with multiple customizing choices. People need to go very far in order to use the substance as directly as possible. Flexibility - it allows the creation of Boards (tables) with a broad array of data types

Interconnectivity - it allows data from a connected board to be used elsewhere

Dashboards - provide ability to summate data in a single place

Lack of relational database features - I'm being picky but my biggest gripe is the lack of an ability to link boards in a One-to-Many relationship and then roll up data into a Summary / Total on the base Board. There are ways to get the data but not directly onto the base Board - which limits the usefulness of the product - but it is on the roadmap I believe so that's good. Custom columns and line editing, and allocate a job to other people. The possibility to edit almost anything. In addition, the workflow solutions for recurring tasks are outstanding. Would you want to include subtasks below functions. You can apply notes to a mission, but it's not the same thing. You can't make the board show classes individually, I don't like that. Both very customizable to your particular project needs and at the same time quite easy and intuitive.

It is easy to switch from the list view (default), and other views such as kanban, Gantt or calendar views.

Offers lots of 'automation' possibilities that are easy to set up and allow you to customize the board to your specific needs (who to notify when and how, when to archive old items, etc).

Almost limitless possibilities to set up your own customized boards, tailored to your particular project needs.

Not a lot of features are available with the first two levels of subscription. Need to get to the third level of subscription to access great features such as dashboards for example.

Poor customer services and they overcharge automatically. Our account increased by 1 user so instead of upgrading us within the current plan from 25 to 30 users they automatically move you to a new plan on 50 users licenses which doubled our monthly payment from £250 - £470 over night. We did get a 4 day warning however I had contacted support every day for 4 days telling them not to upgrade and switch to 30 users but guess what !! they didn't. Day 5 I raise this again to be told to email support and get this downgraded? Been doing this for 7 days now without any look and no telephone support. I'm happy to see the dashboards of my teammates to identify where I can be useful and how my schedule can follow. I want to see and interact with team members visually. I want the gui to be so easy to use, so the building experience runs seamlessly. I really appreciate that automations help you to handle background projects, which is so important to my team. Honestly, there is just a few minor things where I do not like, and can still be changed. It still seems a little clunky to me to arrange the workspaces, the panels before the favourites, etc. I'm more happy with the workspace changes than before, but I think there's a little redesign in the navigation panel. The layout allows me to manage my own projects at-a-glance while collaborating with my team to ensure a smooth work process. I really love the customization of the tabs and the three board categories. I'm able to organize my content calendar, ongoing team projects and make a grocery list to share with my significant other all within this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the boards used a “tab” key function as in excel. I use one of my boards to transfer a TON of information into at once and having to press enter and then return to the mouse to click the next field is a micro-motions that just ends up costing me efficiency.
